We were relocating from out of state, and planned a short trip to Milwaukee, WI, and Annie made arrangements to show a bunch of houses over a short 2-3 day period. We actually were able to find a home within the first day in Bayside, WI. She got the paperwork completed quickly for the offer submission, which was excepted the next day. Then she was able to arrange the inspection within 24 hours, so that we were able to complete that the next day, before we were scheduled to return home. She worked diligently to make sure everything went very smoothly, and we lined up a closing date for end of month, which is quickly coming up now. Looking forward to completing the transaction, and moving into our new home. She was amazing in her ability to so quickly turnaround all the necessary steps that first week. She is also very charming and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have had businesses in consumer market. We wanted to procure a property for our home based in Milwaukee. Our demand was for a fairly located in a nice neighbourhood that our daily commute to Chicago was the major concern along the fact that my kids are at growing age and their upbringing in a nice neighbourhood was our TOP priority. Annies knowledge of market was quite fair along the fact that she understood what we were looking for. The best part was fair dealing specifically in terms of speaking and cracking a deal with mortgage broker. Basically she knows what she is doing and understanding client is more important in the real estate market. She made us wait for 4 months before ideal place was found which she suggested and me and wife opted for it. Our offers were contested and our ideal price match was made. The 4 months wait was worthwhile for a family like ours. Four stars are for 4 months wait!!
