Annie works with a great team, which really made sure we had all our needs met. She was quick to answer texts and keep us updated with responses from other realtors on offers and new places. She adapted our search easily as she got to know us better, picking up on things we liked in houses without us explicitly mentioning it. She works with a great team that was prompt in videoing houses and sending the files over to us. She helped us navigate the online processes with ease, making sure everything was in line for a successful purchase. Annie was kind- sharing the things she loved about the area. She sent us social media posts about events, and made sure we knew about how to find information about schools and things like that. ZillowVERIFIED Annie did an absolutely amazing job for us. We were selling our home in Jacksonville and moving to Pensacola, Florida. Annie was able to assist us with the entire listing process for our home in Jacksonville. She then got our house sold in under a week!!!! All while getting us under contract on our DREAM home in Pensacola!!! To top things off, Annie was able to get us the same closing date for our buyers as we had for the new house. This made for a seamless transition!!!! Even though there were a few issues that arose, Annie was able to keep everything on track and we closed on our new home on our original closing date, as well as selling our old home the same date. Annie is such a hard worker and was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions and to ease our concerns. Annie was phenomenal and I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy. We are so glad we went with Annie and are so thankful for her!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Annie was truly amazing during this entire process! It was a rough process as we were dealing with the incompetence of the sellers agent and she handled everything like a pro while coaching us the entire time. The sellers agent wanted non-refundable earnest money prior to an inspection which we did not do. The agent also wanted to continue going backwards on already agreed upon amendments but Annie was able to continue us down the path of becoming first time homebuyers. While we were obviously frustrated, she was able to always keep her composure which was extremely appreciated! She laid out our options and let us make the decision the best suited us and it was great. She was quick to text or call us with any of our questions and seemed like she was always available. I could not recommend her any more!

During the initial meeting, Annie took the time to find out what we were looking for ranging from the house style, bedrooms, number of levels, garage sizeaEUR| Down to the fence that would be ideal for our pets. From setting up automated alerts to presenting options from inside the KW office that were about to hit the MLS, Annie made sure we knew about any and all optionsaEUR| All within out budget and those that could likely end up in it. We were able to tour homes quickly, and many same day when we saw an option that could be a perfect fit. These walk through were private showings where we could discuss each detail about the home in detail as well as plans for an offer, if that was the way we wanted to go.
