ZillowVERIFIEDSara Ioffrida, Annie, and their team are amazing! We bought and sold at the same time with them and it couldn't have been smoother or faster. They sold our house in a week, and lined up our new house to close the day after our selling escrow closed. An absolutely seamless process working with them! So happy we had Sara, she was extremely communicative and reassuring during the entire process. 10/10 would buy and sell with Sara again!

ZillowVERIFIED Annie Clougherty and her team were heaven-sent! We were in a rush and wanted top dollar for our home of 23 years. We have not sold a home in decades, and things are very different now. Fortunately, we took Annie's advice, Vendor referrals, and assistance from her team. To get high market value, we completed various home improvements, including paint and carpet, and a list of fixes and aesthetic enhancements, including Staging for the entire home. It took work on our end but less than two months after we hired Annie and asked for her guidance, we closed escrow and collected $100,000 more than our asking price with additional favorable terms. We needed a lot from our Broker; Annie, her team, her recommendations for Vendors, all delivered! She and her crew get our highest recommendation. Thank you Annie! You are fantastic! aEUR" Alix and Brody

ZillowVERIFIED Annie and her team are great! We used Annie and her team to help with the sale of our house in the Newport Heights areaaEUR| we got a great result, and her team made it very easy. We have used several different agents over the years, and Annie is hands down the best. She is patient and thorough, with a strong team behind her. This was a rental property that had some tenant damage, and Annies team handled everything from junk removal to repairs and staging and utilities, thinking of things we didnt even know we needed to do. The marketing was top notch, and she was one step ahead of the process the entire time. She is a great communicator and made it very easy. Cant recommend Annie enough if you are looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are so happy that we chose Racquel to help us buy our first home! Racquel is detail-oriented, responsive, and treats you like family. Her service is unmatched! Racquel walked us through the process of home-buying and made herself available for any questions. She is very knowledgeable of the market and has great negotiation skills - she worked hard with multiple contractors to get us a high credit back from the seller! We bought in March 2022, during one of the highest demand periods of the decade. Racquel always knew what to do to get us in the running. She worked around the clock to write offers, negotiate, and talk us through the process. We ended up in the home we love and are so incredibly thankful to Racquel for helping us get here. We have recommended Racquel to friends who have also had very positive experiences buying a home with her. She genuinely keeps your best interest in mind. She does everything she can to make sure you are knowledgeable, confident, and happy throughout the home-buying process. We can't recommend Racquel enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Annie is AMAZING. If we could give her 10 out 5 we would. Her knowledge of Orange County neighborhoods is second to none. Her service started from the time we were considering moving to OC (from LA) to after we closed on the property (helping with various vendors, and ensuring we were settling in our home). She understood our style, requirements, budget and neighborhood preferences right away and was instrumental is sharing various options with her. The true value of using Annie is her ability to close a deal and secure your dream home in this sellers market. Her guidance on pricing, and contingencies was much needed. 100% would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Maritza was super attentive and responsive to our needs. After meeting once and talking about our needs and wants, she understood exactly what house we wanted. She instilled confidence in us that she knew exactly what we wanted and that she would find it and not to worry. We were relocating from the East Coast, so we we did not have the local knowledge, plus we purchased our home from over 3,000 miles away. Maritza did a great job defining the areas she thought we should look and help us navigate the process with ease.As a buyer in probably the toughest market in the past decade plus, we found our house and purchased it in a matter of 45 days. This was all thanks to Maritza and was a truly amazing feat!I highly recommend using Maritza for your future home sale and purchase. The process was smooth and flawless.

She was patient, knowledgeable, honest and willing to go above and beyond. ZillowVERIFIED We purchased a vacation home in La Quinta California in a hot seller's market. With in an hour of the listing we made an all cash offer based on the photos we saw online. Annie helped smooth out the process, went to bat for us at every chance she could as well as negotiated every last item she could. She is literally one of the most responsive agents we have known and helped make our dream of owning this little desert oasis come true. We couldn't or wouldn't have done it without her.Annie's specialty is Newport Beach, Costa Mesa and Orange County and she took on this La Quinta vacation home for us with out missing a beat. I wouldn't hesitate to use Annie for just about any residential purchase or sale in CA.

ZillowVERIFIED Annie Clougherty was able to get us our dream home off-market on the exact street we wanted. It is a highly sought-after street with properties often being sold before they hit the market. She was persistent and made sure that we were the first and only buyers to see the home. She guided us through each step and was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase. She makes herself available at all hours of the day and no ask was too big for her. ZillowVERIFIED We had listed our home previously with a local realtor and got 1 offer , which fell through. After 8 months with no additional offers, we decided to take our home off the market. We were referred to Jennifer McDonald and Annie Clougherty through a very good friend who works for Compass in the Bay Area. We met with them and immediately felt their passion and enthusiasm. They came to the interview fully prepared with knowledge of our neighborhood, schools and community. Another plus, was the team element that other realtors did not have. Jen and Annie gave us effective suggestions at minimal cost to showcase our beautiful home. In addition, Compass Concierge was extremely helpful in staging our home and was able to capture the love we have had for our home. We had showings even prior to the Broker Preview and several offers 4 days after our first Open House. 2 offers were for 50k over our asking price and we closed Escrow at the end of the month!! We are EXTREMELY happy with the way they handled everything. Jennifer and Annies knowledge and expertise put our minds at ease and we felt comfortable leaving everything up to them and in their hands. We would recommend Jennifer and Annie of Compass to anyone wanting a smooth and stress-free sale of their home. Respectfully,Kim Stansfield and Gary LoGalbo

ZillowVERIFIED I am so honored to be able to write the first review for Jen! When we first spoke we were in a major pickle, we sold our home and needed to find a place before school started to get settled. Jen went above and beyond to find us a rental space to get settled and registered for school - a major burden off my shoulders. Then we got serious about finding our forever home. Jen was able to show us numerous properties that were both on, off, and coming soon to the market, we had a real advantage with her knowledge and connections in the area. She even spent her weekends door knocking to help find us exactly what we wanted where we wanted it. She was confident our entire search that things would work out and they did. She was on our side the entire process and we trusted her advice. The outcome was fantastic! We were so excited to close on our home and owe all of it to Jen's work ethic and willingness to not give up on our dream - even when we lost hope. Hands down the best, and her team is excellent as well. Thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED Annie was referred to us by a friend, and so thankful she was! She knows what she is doing, and she hustled! When we started our process with her, we were only looking at houses to rent, and during that time she sent over many availabilities, and was there bright and early to show us those homes. We ended up switching gears to purchase, and she showed what an amazing realtor she is! She knew what to request, and what to be firm or lenient about. Towards the end of our escrow a problem arose at the house, and she was completely composed and helped us navigate the issue in a timely manner. So thankful for her!

ZillowVERIFIED Smart, thorough, detail oriented and passionate are all the words I think of when talking about Annie Clougherty. Buying a house is an incredible milestone and one that should be an exciting not stressful event, Annie did that for me, she not only created the most stress-free exciting 1st buying experience with minimal effort for me. She listened to my likes/dislikes and only showed me what She knew I would like that was within my price range. In addition Annie handled my crazy schedule better than most (I believe). I work in the Software Integration industry and my job requires 100% travel, which anyone can imagine would add another level of complexity when having to look for homes, Annie did just that and some. She represented me more times than not and modified communications to meet my needs. Without a doubt I picked the right agent for this milestone purchase and will continue to call her for any future home buying needs......so should you!

ZillowVERIFIED Annie has a full understanding of the market, and works extremely hard and efficiently at her job. She is experienced. She has knowledge of the neighborhoods and of the comps. She is an advocate. She doesn't walk away after the contract is signed - she continues to stay involved, offer assistance, attend meetings that you are unable to participate in. She knows subcontractors and has resources that are unprecedented as you purge into a new home in a new neighborhood. I have sold more than 8 homes in my adult life, and no broker that I have ever worked with could compete with her capabilities. She is service minded and delivers what she says she can. I would give her 6 stars if the scale allowed.
