ZillowVERIFIEDWe were moving from California to the UK and Annie sold our house. She promised to pay for the remodel, but at the end she invoiced us for it, which cost us 20K. She also made some promises if we agreed to double her commission. We had to sign a contract taking advantage of our trust and the stress of our exceptional situation! We ended paying for the cost that was promised to be paid (20K) and the doubled commission.The whole experience was very upsetting.

I found her on Zillow and after interviewing several realtors it was obvious her strategy and marketing was different than other agents we met. She definitely thinks outside the box to get as many people to see the house which in turn drove the price up because so many people were interested in buying it. She spent quality time taking care of our concerns, brought in a great designer and contractor to get the house ready. She even paid to have all the work done before we listed it!! I was surprised about how much she did to help before we even listed the house. Then once it was listed, she was great at telling us what buyers were saying about the house, communicating what would happen next and handling all our questions. We couldn't have been happier with how she helped get the house ready for sale, then getting us the highest sale price in our neighborhood!! She's the best and highly recommend her and her team!.

ZillowVERIFIED Annie Baker is the BEST realtor out there. She is kind and cares about you and wants to get the BEST house and beat deal for you. My husband and I started to look with her, but had to hold off and work on some financing issues. She put us in touch with a great mortgage advisor who worked with us during the process. Annie periodically checked in to make sure we still knew what's going on in the market along the way. She never made us feel like she was pressuring us to buy, just made us feel like when we were ready, she would be there. And that's exactly what happened and when we were finally ready (probably about 9 months later), we started looking again. She is knowledgeable about the market and was 100% honest with us about everything. As a first time buyer, she walked us through everything and answered our questions. She was prompt in getting back to us and worked hard to help us find what we were looking for. She ended up finding us a house for sale that wasn't on the MLS!! It was so great not to have to compete for the house with multiple offers. We have been in the house over 2 months and couldn't be happier. ZillowVERIFIED Annie was recommended by a mutual friend. Between us, my husband and I had used 3 previous realtors. All had done a great job, one was even a personal friend. The mutual friend really said we needed to at least interview her, and let her sell herself. So we called and made the appointment. A day later, she met with us and we were really blown away. She had answers to all of our questions and had really done the legwork to understand our particular property and listened to our needs. Both my husband and I are very in depth when it comes to spending money. We had a hard timeline for our move, but we couldn't start the process until a job offer came in. We were expecting that within 10 days. Annie came in and got our ball rolling immediately, we were professionally staged, photographed and on the market 4 days later. Our house spent 7 days on the market, with Annie hosting open houses 4 of those days! We accepted an amazing offer the day my husband received the job offer.Our timeline was extremely fast for our move, and we were gone 2 weeks later. Annie moved everything along so smoothly, that we only had to worry about what we needed to pack up. We were living in another house two states away when we closed escrow. The sellers had some problems with the short sale and needed extra documentation.
