Anettte and her team are hands down the best realty team in State College. I used them to sell my previous house and just used them again to buy my current house. I love working with them because they make the stressful process of buying a house easy. They help throughout the entire process (including navigating the loan which is a life saver). And even beyond the house buying process, Anettte has so many reliable contacts that have been so valuable. I?ve used her roofer, her contractor and I?m even using their moving truck during my move! Annette made it very easy to sell our home. She did a market analysis looking at comparable home sales in the area and gave us excellent advice on what we needed to do in order to make the house sell quickly and for a good price. Annette and her associates were always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and text messages. They staged the house to make it look really nice and created a 3-D tour which was better than anything I had seen before. People viewing it online could virtually walk through the house and see every part of every room and the layout of the house. I wish that feature was available for the houses that I was looking to purchase. She also set up a lawn mowing service while we were out of town. The house sold after less than a week on the market and the entire transaction went very smoothly. I was extremely pleased with the Annette Yorks Group and highly recommend them.
