Not only does she know what works, she understands how stressful and emotional the experience is and guides you through with patience and grace....and knows how to push when she needs to. She's the person you want by your side to negotiate, the one to keep you going when things get tough, and who you want celebrating with you when you finally find the one. Annette is truly FIVE stars! She has lived in Knoxville her whole life and knows the area extremely well. She knew my wish list and the area I wanted to find an home in and never once made me feel like I needed to settle for anything or change my area. She put in a late night submitting an offer for me and thank goodness she was there to guide me on what would be a strong offer. I love my new house and was grateful to have Annette in my corner. Annette was great to work with. We looked at probably 20 homes and were rather picky as buyers. These homes were not all in one location either; we traveled as far as Blaine to Oak Ridge to Southwest Knoxville. Even though we looked at a lot of houses, we never felt pressured to place an offer on a home. Annette was also quick to point out potential issues with homes (although she gave the caveat she is not a home inspector) and saved us from placing offers on houses that likely had problems. In one case, we offered on a home and it went into a bidding war. We could've offered a little bit higher and had the offer accepted, but we ultimately backed off of the deal deciding the house was just not right for us. This meant Annette had to spend another month or two helping us to find a home. Even though this created more work for Annette, she was very patient with us throughout this process and wanted to make sure we felt confident in the purchase. Annette is also excellent at communication. We could reach her very easily via text, or phone call if the situation warranted longer discussions. Her schedule usually allowed her to book a same-day showing if the property was likely to sell quickly. Annette has extensive knowledge of the local market conditions and a Rolodex of mortgage brokers, inspectors, painters, and other experts. In several cases, she was able to consult informally with foundation experts about potential home issues before we got to the offer stage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience working with Annette.

Annette was extremely helpful in assisting us in seeking the right house and neighborhood in this move from Florida. We appreciate her honesty and thoughtfulness. Asked us all the right questions to help us nail down the right area for our lifestyle, Highly recommended!
