I say is because even after closing she was helping my family. From the beginning Annette was very warm friendly And attentive. I expressed to her that I was nervous about the whole experience and I did not want to look at 30 houses. She asked what specifically We wanted in a home and What area we wanted to be in Ana she took it from there. The little interaction she had with my girls she knew they needed separate bathrooms, we had recently gotten a new puppy And she made sure the there was a yard ( without us asking) . Durning the time we was looking our puppy Kai passed away??. Annette called and sent flowers to our home. Annette was there every step of the way , even when I wasnt sure of what I wanted she helped to reassure me of anything that may have concerned me. Every texted and phone call was answered no matter the time of day or night. It didnt even matter that she was getting married , she still responded. Annette was very professional through this whole process. Even after closing she made sure that we was Happy. Annette your the best at what you do, Thanks you from my whole family
