This property was a 1900 turn of the century home that still needed some updating but Annette found the right buyer and got the deal done. I had a lot of interest in the property because of the location but many buyers were not sure because of its age so half the battle is to find the right buyer for the property and Annette was able to do that for me.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first experience selling property I really didn't know how long it would take. So many lookers but no offers. It was very emotional for me. I also had not moved in 30 years. This is it self was an under taking, I really did not know what to expect. I did not care for the photo graphs that were taken, they did not justify the looks and size of my property. I had a huge yard, and fenced in privacy fence. I thought was a hugh selling point. The pictures I believe did not show well. Annette is good at what she does she knows how to talk to people. Numbers are not my thing I did have family to help me make decisions. In the end it was the hardest thing I have ever done. I wish I knew then what I no now.
