My husband and I first met Annette by chance while casually driving to a couple of houses up for sale that piqued our interest. Annette was with a client showing a home we were driving by to look at. It looked like an open house because of the number of cars in the driveway. It turns out that she was just on a showing with her client. She respectfully took care of her clients' needs and took some time afterward to see how she could help us. Once she was finished with her client she proceeded to get us in to view another home that same afternoon. We liked her no-nonsense hands-on approach so much that we had her represent us to sell our home. She explained everything we needed to do to prepare for the sale. Annette stayed present throughout the entire process regardless of how tedious it could get. She was spot-on with her knowledge and advice, and even when it wasn't exactly what we wanted to hear she walked us through. My best advice would be to listen to her.

I am a first time home buyer and she was able to recommend a very efficient attorney (Matt Metz) and see me through everything until the end as we dealt with "difficult" sellers and seller's agent. Ultimately I was impressed at the closing as Annette fought for my best interests in matters unfamiliar to me, such as making sure I didn't pay too much for oil and propane from the sellers. She also fought to get extra credits applied at the closing as we discovered more issues with the house at the final walk through. I felt that she was not pressuring me to close if I didn't want to, based on those issues, and instead sought a fair amount of money credited back to me, leaving all parties satisfied. She also took the time to follow up and see how things were going after the sale. Overall, I'd work with Annette again.
