She knows the market and her estimated value of my mother's house was directly in line with the other Realtors that I had met. My Mother's house sold in 6 days and we closed 11days later. Annette's team was contacting me almost daily and everything was handled in a professional manner. Because the sale was closing so fast there were a number of last minute items that had to be taken care of and Annette's team was right on top of every detail. My mother's house was on the golf course and Annette provided beautiful drone photos of the house, yard and golf course, I think this is one reason that the sale happened so fast. He was incredibly responsive to calls and text messages and was willing to meet us at a house for a showing at the drop of a hat. This was a tiring process that took patience, knowledge, and persistence each step along the way. Knowledge was demonstrated on a highly professional level by all parties on the team in regards to the intricate details this home sell required in a volatile market in the Central Valley region. Patience and persistence were shown on a continued basis because even as I felt the sell would not be accomplished, I was reassured it would. One trying factor that tested the persistence and patience of the team was when two buyers backed out near the closing date of each escrow period. The rest is to follow in a letter due to Zillow not performing properly.

I interviewed a couple of agents over the phone, and was quite impressed by how she presented herself. In one simple conversation, she gained my Trust.I have never met the Bixler's physically. However, I have bought and sold a few houses, and I can DEFINITELY tell you that Annette Bixler was a True Professional. This was NOT an easy sell, due to the age and small size of the house. But Ms. Bixler responded to EVERY communication of mine quickly and responsively. And even though there were some complications in the process (thru no-one's fault), I COMPLETELY felt taken care-of. She helped me determine a fair Sales Price, and handled the negotiation quickly, without a problem.
