ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time home buyer and as an individual who to educate myself, I offer a somewhat tricky combination: guide me, don?t patronize me, help me, but not because I?m an idiot, hold my hand when want when I want it, but don?t tell me what to do. I never thought I would actually have a realtor who would be able to balance this out, and was prepared to ?handle? whatever occurred. With Annelie, this was not the case. She was happy to help, but I never felt like she was stepping on my toes. She gave me a heads up for things that were coming or what to expect, but did so in a way that was respectful. She also made the home buying process fun. I will never look for another realtor as long as I live in this area. She will hands down help me sell the home I just bought when the time comes, and help me find my next place too.

ZillowVERIFIED Dont buy or sell a home without Annelie! We never expected it would be a sellers market when we were looking and completed expected to find our dream home within days of starting to look. We were so wrong. Then we found Annelie and she put us on the correct path. We were out bid five times and looked at over 70 homes in a nine week period. She never gave up and when she found us the home we eventually bought, she knew from the minute she saw it that it was for us. We had tight timing and once the offer was submitted, she didnt stop until we got what we wanted...and then some! She was able to have the sellers fix roof-related inspection concerns so we dont have to worry about them come winter. If we ever buy a home again (which I doubt, because she found us a winner), she is our agent...no question!
