We were visiting family in Arkansas (we lived in NC at the time) and wanted to see aEURoethe VillageaEUR? for a possible move in the future. We were paired with Anne through an inquiry to tour Hot Springs Village. We had no intention of purchasing a home and we were really leaning toward buying land instead. She spent several hours with us and provided a ton of information on the area, both in print and by driving us around to see the different areas within the gates. As luck would have it, she showed us a home under construction that was not listed and was basically a shell of a house, but we thought it would meet all of our needs so we decided to go for it and put a down payment on the property. She helped us through the entire process and was always available to answer questions or direct us to the proper person when needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone if/when the opportunity presents itself!

We really had no idea where we wanted to live so it was vital that we have someone who had the expertise to guide us in this process. Our Remax agent in Denver talked with several agents in the Dallas/McKinney/Frisco area and felt Anne would be a great fit for us. We talked with Anne on the phone and immediately were impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and demeanor. Over the next couple of weeks Anne sent us various listings to look at online, talked and emailed with us to get a feel for what we wanted in a home. We flew out to Dallas for a weekend figuring we would get a feel for things and then have to come back again one or two more times to actually find a house. Anne set aside her entire weekend to take us looking. We immediately felt like we'd known her for years! Very early on that first day of looking she zeroed in on exactly the area, type of home and floorplan we were looking for. By lunchtime on our second day, we had found a new build home we absolutely loved. She negotiated an absolutely amazing deal on our home and got us the closing date we needed. She was especially helpful with guidance on the real estate taxes in Texas which were confusing to us as new residents. After we returned to Denver she kept in touch, was a available when we had questions, and honestly made the daunting task of buying a house in a new state seamless, fun and successful! We cannot recommend her enough and feel like we hit the jackpot with her. We love our new home, our new town and feel so blessed!
