Anne Starr made me feel safe, informed, and well taken care of as a first-time homebuyer. I reached out to her after an unfortunate experience with another agent left me concerned about the process of buying a home. She got back to me quickly and arranged a walkthrough where she informed me of what she thought about the property and the ins and outs of FHA loans. Afterward, she immediately found estimates for repairs and took into consideration those costs in the contract. She knew her stuff and got me sellers credits, worked to get the needed repairs lined up for me, and always made time to explain and advocate for me. Her partner came and helped me make repairs to the property (and taught me a little about installing light fixtures lol ), and I feel fortunate to have selected her as my agent through this process. When things were stressful and unsure- she kept me informed and worked to make sure things came together. Even beyond the signing of the final documents, she has reached out to make sure I am happy and well. She is AMAZING. You cant go wrong with having her on your side.
