ZillowVERIFIED We had an issue where were the buyers banks appraiser did a horrible job and incorrectly sized the living space of our home, devaluing it by $20,000 below the agreed upon sales price. Anne and her team immediately jumped into action and ordered a second appraisal and the buyers bank agreed the new appraisal was correct and we closed at the original price. Experience matters when there are issues like this and no one is better than Anne.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne and Alison were wonderful. I listed my home FSBO initially so of course I had a ton of brokers calling with the same empty, tired pitch and promises. The only ones who stood out were Anne and Alison from Sena Group. They didnt pitch me at all...instead, they just got to work actually bringing real buyer clients to see the home. So when I decided I no longer had the time to manage the process, the choice was simple. They took over from there - with excellent recommendations for staging, photographing, pricing etc. and within a couple of weeks we had a small bidding war erupt and they handled the whole process smoothly with good advice, and never with their own interest showing. In fact, they probably wanted to be tougher in the negotiation and came closer to suggesting we walk from the deal than we ourselves felt. I would absolutely want them in my corner and recommend them highly.
