I was not going to buy a property close to the river because of my flooding concerns. She gently suggested we see it again and investigate the flooding concerns. It turns out the property has survived two hurricanes including Sandy with no structural flooding. Because of Anne's guidance, I now have a beautiful property that I was going to otherwise reject. After we initially contacted Anne she was over the next day explaining the process in detail and making arrangements for photgraphing our house.
