Anne is the MVP of real estate! As first-time buyers coming from NYC, we did a lot of research but were still full of questions. We knew that we needed an experienced broker who knows the Westchester region and market well. Anne was exactly that and so much more. While we love the character of older homes in Westchester, we were worried about unknowingly getting ourselves into a money pit. Anne was the perfect person to bring on our search - she knows the red and green flags of houses, and gave us valuable advice on the scale of work that certain projects might entail. She was patient with our search and never pushed us to make an offer (in fact, she encouraged us to wait for the house that felt right when we considered putting an offer in on a house we didn't love because we felt antsy). She is charismatic, savvy, and has a background in business so we felt confident with her negotiating on our behalf when it came time to put in offers. Buying a house is a financial decision, but there are inevitable emotional moments and she was supportive throughout the whole process. We are so thankful that Anne helped us find our perfect "forever home!"
