ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a unique piece of property to sell that had been in our family for many decades. Anne put a lot of effort into finding the perfect buyers for the property. She was exceptional when it came to keeping us up to date every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Anne Metthe to either help me sell or buy a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne helped me to buy my first home, in this market it was very difficult to be competitive, but Anne advised me and was very helpful with any questions I had.Once my offer was excepted after 13 different offers to 13 different houses........ Anne was quick to get all the necessary paperwork in order for the closing to go smoothly, and it did.

ZillowVERIFIED Have worked with Anne Metthe on numerous real estate transactions, both buy and sell. She is great to work with, an excellent communicator and knows the market very well. Full time professional, not part time and is often aware of opportunities before they hit the market. She is not only knowledgeable and responsive, but personable as well. Anne will provide you with options and suggestions, but makes certain you do not do anything you are not comfortable with. There were not a lot of properties that met our criteria and Anne continued to look for quite some time, never forgetting about us no matter how busy she was or how much time passed. Anne was determined to find the ideal property for us and she did! We highly recommend Anne because she ensures her customers are completely satisfied.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne has excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and she has a great network of professionals in related areas. She was also very responsive to any question we had and her guidance helped us quickly purchase our new home and sell our previous home. She was a great asset and champion throughout both processes. I really enjoyed working with her and would absolutely do so again.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very easy to work with and quick to respond. She'd follow up with the seller and contact me immediately which is nice. No waiting around wondering if she got my message. She was polite and professional, and also recommended a home inspector who turned out to be fantastic.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was a referral from another realtor & we couldn't have gotten more lucky. Anne is very patient with her customers and prompt to responding. As a first time home buyer with little experience with the process, Anne broke down everything and took us on our journey. It was important to us to find a realtor that was very responsive and I must say this girl is on it! Working with Anne was a pleasure and I would reccomend her to all my friends and Family. Working with Anne is like working with a best friend, she is so easy to connect with! Thank you for your hard work!Tim Madigan & Dave Buckley

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was a life saver. She went above and beyond for us. We were out of town for most of the time and she stood in for us many times. ZillowVERIFIED I have nothing but positive things to say about Anne. She helped me sell my condo in Mass and buy a house in NH all in less than 2 months. It would have been an even shorter period of time except for some bizarre association rules that banned motorcycles and forced me to back out of a house in Hudson. She made the total selling and buying experience as pain free as possible. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was amazing when we began searching for our new home. We were not in a rush or under any pressure so we were very particular in what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. Anne took us to see many properties during our four month search and was always very timely with her response to our request to see a property and often had in a viewing within 48 hours, frequently that same evening! I cannot recommend Anne highly enough if you are looking to purchase a new home.

Anne, knew exactly what the VA would be looking for when looking at potential opportunities. I would refer her to anybody looking to sell or make their purchase. Our purchase and sale of our condo, where involved in 3 contingencies, which she navigated flawlessly.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was referred to my wife and I from the Mortgage Network since she had a close relationship with our mortgage broker and she exceeded all expectations. She is very accessible and always answered questions almost as soon as they would arise. Her experience in the area was incredibly helpful and insightful and allowed us to narrow down choices extremely fast. She knows all the "ins and outs" of the profession and setup everything we needed to do in order to find our dream home. Anne is nothing but professional and honest and I would recommend her to anyone looking to find their next house. We were first time home buyers and she made it so incredibly easy for us. She also had experience with the VA home loan so if you are looking to use yours, go with Anne!

ZillowVERIFIED We connected with Anne through Zillow, and she was great! Very responsive and had a great feel for the market. Her recommendations were always spot on, and she was able to move paperwork and signatures very quickly.Given that we were buying a new home without contingency on selling the old one, we were a bit stressed to complete the transactions, but Anne made it very easy and her confidence in the sale of our old home helped ease our worries.100% recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne made this process painless for us. After years of not owning after selling 10 years ago, we didn't think home ownership it was in the cards for us anytime soon. She walked us through the process, put us in touch with a brilliant mortgage specialist, found us a great place and 1 and a 1/2 months later I'm sitting on my back porch. ??Anne has a great eye and knew what we were looking for. I'm sending my brother her way now. I could not recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Anne is extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her own experience in personal home improvements and transactions makes her extremely helpful, as she can see potential that the ordinary buyer may not perceive, and any potential issues for bargaining leverage or concern. I highly recommend letting Anne help you, just as I certainly would go to her first, for any other real estate transaction I may need to make. I was the buyer; she represented me, as an agent.

Anne did an amazing job from start to finish: she helped us find, visit, make an offer on our new home, and managed our entire purchase process while we were living out of state. ZillowVERIFIED As Personal Representative of an estate, I listed a property in Massachusetts with Anne. She did an excellent job and worked hard to find a buyer for this older home that needed work. Once the home was under agreement, she diligently followed up and resolved issues that arose prior to closing. (For example, Anne was helpful in addressing insurance and liability issues for this vacant property which arose prior to closing.)

ZillowVERIFIED Anne's knowledge of the southern New Hampshire area is very impressive. She responded to all my requests very quickly and was able to show me several homes in the area so I knew I was getting the best value for my money. She was able to answer all of my questions and went over and above what is expected of a real estate agent. She handled the whole process precisely and was very professional. Any time I called she answered her phone or returned my call immediately without delay. Even though I looked at many homes over many months she never seemed to be too busy or bothered by all my questions or concerns. In the end she found the home that met my needs and budget in a great location. Buying a home is a big investment and I would recommend Anne to anyone I know, friends and family, if they are interested in purchasing a home or even property.
