We read them, and if anything, they dont give her enough credit, likely because they havent given her as much trouble as we have. Take it from a home buyer who kept calling after the transaction was closed; the personal touch and helpful personality Anne Marie shows time after time has made our home buying process smooth before, during, and after closing. We just had an emergency plumbing problem on a weekend that caused some damage to our new home just a few weeks after closing. Having no other local contacts, we called Anne Marie, and she was able to help us find the emergency home services we needed. Really, we have been remiss in not writing a review sooner (due to moving) but we think our review is a bit better now that it includes this story. Anne Marie has helped us beyond any obligation she had as a real estate agent, and well keep her contact close at hand.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently moved from Arizona to South Carolina for work and wanted to purchase my first home. Like most people, I started by browsing Zillow and sent out several inquiries to properties I was interested in. John was the first one to respond, and I started working with him. I also had some initial correspondence with another (larger) realtor in the area, but was not as happy with their service. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and had a lot of questions along the way, but both John and Anne Marie were very accommodating.I planned a flight to view homes and we had a pretty solid list of viewings arranged. Unfortunately, the PGA Masters had just wrapped up and many of the houses that had been sitting on the market (rented out for the event) started disappearing. About 80% of the homes I wanted to see were purchased within 48 hours of my trip. John and Anne Marie were able to put together a 2-day viewing schedule on very short notice, and I found a property I wanted before leaving. John was able to help me put together an offer and get it in right away. The seller received multiple offers, but ours was accepted!During and after closing, John and Anne Marie have been super helpful, answering all of my questions about the area and the home buying process (and how to get rid of weeds). Anne Marie also helped me pester my loan officer when the closing process started to lull, and we ended up closing earlier than expected. I am thankful to have found such a caring and knowledgeable team and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
