Buying our first home was a bit like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded, but thankfully, we had the most extraordinary realtor guiding us. From the moment we met, it was clear that he was great at what he does. His ability to make sense of the dizzying array of paperwork and negotiations was nothing short of magical. He managed to take the stress out of house-hunting and replaced it with laughter and optimism. It was nice knowing we had someone on our side when buying a home. Every step of the way, they were patient, understanding. Thanks to their tireless efforts, we not only found our dream home but also gained a friend who somehow made the chaos of buying a house look like a walk in the park. If you're looking for a realtor who can turn the home-buying experience into a delightful adventure, look no furtheraEUR"this is your person.

Anne was so fantastic to work with! Her knowledge and advice really helped me through the process and she made everything so easy for me and was always looking out for my best interest. For example, there were some improvements that I wanted the seller to take care of before the sale went through. One of the issues I wanted taken care of was mold in the basement. Anne was able to get the seller to have the mold issue taken care of before we would move further with the sale. Anne was also available whenever I needed her and was able to answer all questions I had accurately and promptly. I highly recommend Anne if you need a realtor!

I was referred to Anne by a coworker to assist with a home purchase. I was a first time buyer and had lots of questions along the way. Anne was very informative and answered any questions I had about the process. We saw a good number of houses and Anne was always willing to go see homes until I found the right one. She returned calls, text or emails in a timely manner and was friendly/upbeat. She is knowledgeable and would certainly use her in the future for my real estate needs!

We had a great experience working with Anne. She moves quickly and was incredibly responsive. She always got us into showings of the houses we wanted to see and was always available to answer our questions. She also has a great network that she refereed us too for home inspection, title company, lender, etc. and we always knew we were in great hands with Anne. My husband and I are so happy in our new home and we owe so much of that to Anne!

Anne is amazing. She really devoted all of her time to helping us get our dream house!! I had purchased a house before, and felt like just a number, or address, or dollar sign to a realtor. Not with Anne! We had some obstacles to overcome, some of which were very trying and discouraging. But, she stuck through it with us and guided us to the end result...OUR DREAM HOME! She is very professional, friendly, energetic, timely, and most of all, FUN! She is a shark. Choose Anne! I promise you will not be disappointed!! Love her!!

Anne understood our needs and gave expert advise on homes, the market and rates. She was available at any time, and always got back to us after being busy. Anne was not only a pleasure to work with but in time seemed like a real estate friend wanting what was best for us & never made us feel like a rushed business deal. For that, me & my family will be forever grateful for her time, professionalism & service. We have purchased 3 homes in our time, although the process is more intrusive than ever before, Anne is the best real estate agent we ever had.

Anne is an amazing realtor. She made the process of selling our home so easy and simple. She went above and beyond to help us as we live in Florida and the home we were selling is in Ohio! Along with the logistical challenges, I had a tenant in the home in Ohio and she coordinated with my tenant and made sure everything went smoothly. She is excellent and I highly recommend her!

Anne was instrumental in expediting my recent home purchase. She provided me with daily listing activity with my specific parameters. She is very knowledgeable about the process of completing the paperwork required by HUD. Anne makes herself available to take my calls, answer my questions, and is very flexible in showing properties with little notice. She treated me as if I was her most important customer. I look forward to working with Anne again!

Anne Krauss was a wonderful counselor, guide and friend and as we worked with her, we liked her better and better. She gave us really good advice witch we took, about uncluttering, and making everything in our home as appealing as we could. She way right on, because our home sold in about 6 days. We were, and are, very glad we had her on our side.
