Anne helped us sell our childhood home. My parents bought the home in 1984. We were all very emotional and sentimental. We wished we had not been so now. Anne was right about everything. My husband and I have worked with Ted and Anne Hupka on three prior sales and buying transactions of our homes. When a job relocation came our way we wanted to make sure that potential buyers understood the value and investment that we put into the home. We recently sold our home in Stafford, VA and can't recommend Ted and Anne Hupka enough! They were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Through no fault of theirs or ours, our original buyers pulled out right before we began a 3,000 mile drive cross country. To say I was stressed would be an understatement! They held multiple open homes, staged the house for us, and even fixed some issues that we were unable to complete ourselves across the country.
