ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Anne on 5 separate real estate transactions, and she is by far THE most knowledgeable, professional, ethical and responsive realtor I have ever worked with - and I've been to the closing table 18 times. Not to mention she is a ton of fun to work with, too! Anne has raised the bar so high, no other realtors can compare. She knows the laws probably better than the people who wrote them. She catches every detail and every nuance of a transaction, and she is my partner and advocate every step of the way, dealing with any and every challenge head on with grace and professionalism. No one works harder and cares for her clients more than Anne! She loves her job, and it shows!

ZillowVERIFIED Anne is efficient, knowledgeable of the local area along with Florida contracts and Real Estate Law, personable and a joy to work with. She made herself available to our schedule on short notices and was always cordial to any changes we had to make with our young daughter. She is prepared and expresses her opinions as required which comes from many years of experience. You can depend on her words when asked. Our transaction came with some obstacles of which Anne worked to close very effectively and gave us the confidence to move forward. We have bought and sold 6 homes in our time and also lived abroad on work assignment for more than 11 years and 2 countries. We rank Anne in our top 2 and will continue our friendship developed through the process here in St. Pete Beach area.

ZillowVERIFIED When it comes to real estate in the greater St. Pete Beach area, Anne is second to none. She has a wealth of local knowledge to share, having lived in the area for so many years. She expertly navigated some tricky situations during our purchase process and ensured we as buyers had every t crossed and i dotted before closing. We appreciate all she has done to help us find the perfect home and most of all we are grateful to have earned her friendship along the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Anne was very helpful. She walked me through the whole process. I bought a long distance property. She suggested I get an inspection of the property and provided a list to choose from. A problem was found and it potentially saved me big money and headaches. She was always there to answer questions. Anne and her assistant Jessica were great.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought a house with Anne as the listing agent. She was very good with her analysis of the value of the property and skilled at negotiations between seller and ourselves to seal the deal. She was always available for and responsive to any questions we had both before and after we signed the contract. She provided good contacts for home inspection and termite inspection and followed up to be sure we were satisfied with the process and the information provided. The title company she worked with was also excellent and Anne was there every step of the way. We were so impressed that we listed our Condo with her and it sold right away, without any problems. My wife and I highly recommended her for both sellers and buyers- without any reservations whatsoever!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend this wonderful professional. I looked for several years for a vacay condo with others & because I was out of state I was overlooked. So I changed several times & it wasnt until I landed with this exceptional lady that I found the service Id been seeking for so long. I am a retail business owner so I will NOT accept substandard customer service & this beautiful lady goes above & beyond. Give her your business you will not be disappointed!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our beach-front condo, we began by interviewing local realtors who had received great feedback from their clients. When Anne Hensel met with us we were immediately impressed by her professionalism; she is very personable and came to our meeting well prepared. With her skillful presentation, Anne proved to us that she was a person we could count on to represent our best interests. Anne is a great listener and she knows how to make an impression with her extensive knowledge of the area and current real estate market. Anne and her team created a fabulous virtual tour of our condo that allowed potential buyers to see all that our unit had to offer. The virtual tour was so effective that the condo sold immediately. Anne then competently negotiated the conditions of sale and kept us well apprised of the process right through to closing. We were exceptionally pleased with Annes efforts on our behalf and heartily recommend her with a very well deserved FIVE star rating.

ZillowVERIFIED Just completed a condo sell in the 4th st N area of St. Pete with Anne as my realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, accessible and straight forward throughout the process. She had to negotiate with the bank, the HOA, my property manager, the tenants since I rented the property, the buyers realtor as well the short sale negotiator with the bank. I felt confident with her guiding me through this short sale process and very grateful for helping me sell the condo.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Anne Hensel about a month ago when we were became interested in buying a property in St Petersburg. She is a delightful person who never put any pressure on us to buy, which we really appreciated. She took in our needs and only showed us properties that met our criteria - again a plus. She answered all our questions and had wide knowledge of not only the properties, but also the neighborhoods. To say we were impressed is an understatement. She is personable, professional and positive. We recommend her without hesitation. Michele Elliott

ZillowVERIFIED Passionate about helping achieve whatever it is her clients want. Thats what comes to mind when I think about Anne. I first started using her professional services to help manage a small vacation condo about 18 years ago. Her attention to detail led to using her again a few years later to acquire a $3 million property, and once again recently to help sell that same small $250,000 condo. Regardless of the size of the transaction, whether simply looking to find a reliable house cleaner, to helping win a bid against sophisticated competing buyers (even though we bid less, mind you!), to selling in a tough market, Anne consistently did an impressive job at first making sure she understood my goals, and then helping me achieve them in a fair and professional manner. In the 18 years of history since the first time I worked with Anne, I have never experienced a professional that does a better job at making sure her clients achieve their goals.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply stated, We would not have gotten the house of our dreams if Anne didnt go WAYYYY above and beyond to help us. She went well beyond what a realtor is required to do. She made us promises and she stopped at nothing to keep them. Highly recommended. If you are looking for the highest level or professionalism, and a woman that knows her how to make things happen, then look no further. I have never written a review for anything, but I could not resist putting the word out about Anne. Joe Joe

ZillowVERIFIED Anne, She was fantastic. I had found this as a local listing and Anna happened to be our realtor. I've never used a realtor before but I'm glad I did, Anna was great. She was timely as to when we needed to meet, she responded quickly to everything and even in the moment of the crazy "cash" deal that fell through she was able to get in touch with us ASAP to tell us we got the place even when things were hectic. It looks a matter of weeks to square things away. If you want a realtor Anne is your person!!! She was also a local in the St. Petersburg/TI area so that helped out quite a bit.

ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold many homes through the years and we cant stress enough how good our experience was with Anne. From start to finish she was all over it. She picked up our listing from another realtor who didn't invest time or energy. Many others would shy away from such listings but Anne took the ball and ran with it.. and with passion and energy like no other. She helped stage the house, was proactive with marketing and we had a all cash offer in hand within weeks! Strong but fair negotiator. Extremely responsive and worked with us until the end and has been great in maintaining the relationship since. If we could move her to where we are today we would!
