She recommended a higher asking price than 3 other realtors I interviewed and supported it with comps and decades of local experience. The house received 5 offers the first weekend and sold for over asking. I should mention that I chose her based on her top sales status and impressiveness during the interview, not based on the listing price. When discussing the listing price, I was a bit skeptical of the higher pricing based on the other realtors assessments, but Anne was confident and proven correct. We also had some structural issues that involved additional negotiations that could have resulted in the deal falling apart. Annes experience made this smoothly and easy. Id certainly work with her again and recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Our mother passed away earlier this year. It was an eventuality that we all expected, but that doesn't make it any easier. Before she passed, she told my sister and I that when we are ready to sell the house, she wanted us to use Anne Gain. That piece of advice just goes to show - mothers are always right! My sister and I grew up in St. Joe, but both now live in Ohio - about 5 hours away. Before listing the home, I spent hours awake at night worrying how we were going to do this from such a far distance. Turns out, I had nothing to worry about. Anne and her team took care of absolutely everything. From getting handymen in to make repairs and emptying dehumidifiers on a daily basis, they treated our family's home like it was their own. Anne communicated regularly with us and responded immediately to any questions we had. She has wonderful references and anyone she recommended turned out to be a fabulous find. Selling your family's home after a death is never easy, but Anne and her team went above and beyond to hold our hands through the whole process and my sister and I feel so good that our family's home was sold to a wonderful family.

We met Anne when she showed us a house in St. Joseph, Michigan. After that we returned to Las Vegas, Nevada. Anne continued to show us houses using FaceTime. When we found the house we were looking for, Anne negotiated tirelessly with the agent working with the relocation company selling the house to get the best deal possible.
