Review We used Anne to complete a remote purchase with a short timeline and multiple complexities (including COVID travel restrictions). Anne's assistance in finding us a home quickly, in a very competitive market, was second to none. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and pointed out things that we would have had no idea to consider (including location of pool relative to the sun). In the end we found the perfect vacation home, in the perfect location - for us. Review I was not a friend of Anne's before she became my realtor, now she is. It took us a little while to sell my house, but got a good price for it. All the while she had open houses almost every weekend, worked the internet giving me the most up-to-date information and was very respectful in the price I was looking for. During the negotiation and escrow process she was always there to counsel and keep me abreast of what was going on. There were really no limits in what she was willing to do to help make the sale happen even when it meant taking money out of her pocket to ensure it closed. Review I first met Anne at the beginning of the year when my husband and I were starting to look at homes in the Coachella Valley. Since our plan was to get our house on the market in Los Angeles, sell it, and then purchase a place in the desert, we knew that it would be an intensive process with lots of moving parts. Plus, we had lived in our primary residence for decades. Lots of things to consider for a very big move. Anne not only gave us a referral to a wonderful realtor in LA when we were ready to start that phase but she also began guiding us through the maze of potential properties here. Since we had to sell our first home in order to make an offer on a new home, the timing was going to be tricky. Anne is an absolutely extraordinary realtor, exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and creative, with a calm, warm, thoughtful demeanor that inspires confidence in every way. The result of our search couldn't have turned out better. We closed the purchase of our house here the day after our house closed in Los Angeles. I was searching out the number one United States real estate agency Keller Williams and found that Anne was on the office's leadership council which means she is in the top 20% of sales for her office. This transaction was done almost entirely remote. Anne was my eyes and ears on the ground. I made offers on four different homes in the same complex and eventually got the home that was a great fit for us. Anne has good relationships with other realtors in the community which made for reasonable and comfortable negotiations. Anne also provided us with referrals for a lender and contractors. The lender approved us very quickly so we were competitive with all cash offers. The contractors have been terrific. Within a day of closing I interviewed contractors and the work began the very next day. The contractors really respect Anne and seem to have jumped through hoops to help me while I was in town. They came after their first project of the day to help me out. Great experience all the way around. I wholeheartedly recommend Anne Alexander!

Review Anne is a one of a kind agent. My wife and I were looking for a 2nd home in the desert and our initial budget was established. Anne was very conscientious of this and showed us many options within the price range, even though we kept creeping higher when seeing some of the nicer homes online. We ended up making offers on three homes and thankfully the third offer was accepted. The home we ended up with was so perfect and beautiful that we are pinching ourselves whenever we are there. Anne handled the negotiations with finesse and helped us as out-of-town buyers line up all the inspections. Afterward Anne helped us in establishing services and utilities as well. Overall the experience was outstanding. If you are looking for an agent that who is low-key, personable, who knows the desert market, and will work to find you the perfect home, we would recommend her highly.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Rancho Mirage/Palm Springs/Palm Desert area, we cannot recommend Anne Alexander highly enough. After interviewing us and getting to know us, she was able to build a list of 21 properties for us to look at; her knowledge of the area helped us understand which development would best suit our interests and budget, and she found us the perfect house in Mission Hills at a price we could afford. Her expertise in the RE process and her negotiation skills helped us acquire the property at $15k below asking price, and she stayed with us through the entire process to ensure the home inspection and repairs were handled per contract and on schedule so that we could close on time. She was immediately responsive (often several times a day)--on text or by email--regarding every step in the process; she not only answered our questions, she anticipated them, so she often had answers back to us before we asked the questions! And, since we closed on June 9, Anne has continued to stay connected almost on a daily basis to help us settle in and get acquainted with our new city and its services.
