We communicated via phone, email and text throughout the entire process.What really decided me to list with Annaliese was two things; her knowledge of the Petaluma and Sonoma County market and her marketing plan. Her marketing campaign was extensive, including many websites, social media sites and mailings to potential buyers. We spent 2 hours combing over comps in the Petaluma area to determine the right price point. She presented several strategies for pricing and accepting offers. Afterward, I felt my home would have the best possible chance to sell quickly at the best selling price. She recommended a stager, then had the house professionally photographed and video recorded. Then we were ready to list.The sale process was challenging and stressful, but through it all Annaliese was calm and reassuring while presenting the options and possible outcomes. She also did a great job negotiating with the buyers.
