ZillowVERIFIEDBe aware of this agent if you are planning to start any transaction with her. She is an owner and agent of a house she showed us for rent in leander tx, we decided to rent the home. After she sent us a link, we filled up the application and paid $120 fee but before she could approve/reject our application, she informed us that there are other people considering that property as well. She asked multiple people to submit the application without approving/rejecting one at a time, who knows may be just to collect the application fee or tease them? I could understand if she considered backups after rejecting one which is in consideration but asking many applicants same time to apply and make them pay application fee for no reason is not a fair practice. In most cases for 1800/month rental property, people already know if they would qualify or not before applying. This agent/owner made it look like winning a lottery. Teasing potential renters by playing guess games with them. I'm glad that I did not take her home.
