ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to move from Central New York to the Princeton area, we were looking for a realtor on Zillow and chose Anna Shulkina because of her excellent sales record. She helped us find a realtor for the sale of our home in New York State and guided us in New Jersey through the purchase of a new home and sale of another property of ours. She has a thorough knowledge and a clear understanding of the market and its dynamic, which she shares with the client to help them evaluate the options available and make the right decision. On several occasions she brought to our attention the details that we overlooked. Her extensive experience allows her to understand the psychology of the client and see what the client really wants, so her suggestions always take the latter into account. On a personal level, Anna is easy going and easy to reach, eager to answer questions and clarify the situation. The members of her team. were very helpful. We are grateful to Anna Shulkina for all the work she has done for us and strongly recommend her to prospective clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Your real estate agent is more important than ever when trying to find a new home. Anna was excellent, both on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. Anna knew the market well and gave us options on how to best position ourselves as buyers. She is proactive, accessible, and has a tremendous eye of detail. She had great insight in the market, and helped with our questions while providing thoughtful perspective. Without her, we never would have gotten our dream home. When it came to the sale of our house, she provided effective guidance on pricing and approach. Anna was spot on. We cant recommend her enough. 10 out of 10.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna Shulkina and her entire team are magnificent! I have had the pleasure of working with Anna over a few years on MULTIPLE purchases & sales of my investments in US and she was the agent on both sides which allowed a seamless process without a single issue! Doing business from abroad can be very stressful and it is hard to find a trustworthy agent with enough knowledge and experience to handle such a responsibility. Anna exceeded every expectation! She provided me with the help I needed with finding a team of people to assess, inspect and upkeep the properties. Following smooth purchases, Anna and her group assisted in finding quality tenants for my investment homes. When I decided to sell a couple of properties to re-invest, Anna is truly a master! She swiftly had the homes prepared for sale, had contractors lined up, dealt with showing arrangements with my tenants and brought buyers whom she guided as well until closing! I couldn't be more happy with Anna and her office staff who are always helpful, responsible and resourceful. I will only go to Anna Shulkina for any and all of my real estate needs in US.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna Shulkina is the Goddess of Real Estate! I came to Anna after having had no success selling a house with another broker firm over the course of many months that then coincided with Covid19. Not a good place to start anew. But Anna met with me right away to come up with a plan that best suited what was special about the house. Anna's magic is in quickly and accurately assessing what the assets of property offers and specially tailoring an effective sales plan. Even in Covid, Anna delivered 3 offers in 2 weeks. Special bonus is that she is also fun and a delight to work with. Hard working, professional, with vast experience. So happy I found her.

ZillowVERIFIED We were incredibly happy with Anna Shulkina's service as she sold our home within weeks! Her marketing brought in a lot of interest but Anna understood our needs and we didn't have to deal with a lot of showings and inconvenience. A solid buyer came through very quickly. Anna's knowledge of the business and ability to close a deal played a huge part in the transaction and we settled on our home the same day that we were planning to move to a different state. We would recommend Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in NJ!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is smart, knowledgeable, hard working. She came up very quickly with a sale strategy and guided us through all the steps. She knows her market better than anyone else and make the sale process look easy and smooth. She goes well beyond just listing and showing your house: she guided us and managed with incredible efficiency the process of preparing the house for sale. She was personally engaged and available to us through phone calls, emails, txt messages all throughout the process very closely. She even helped us to solve some thorny administrative issues that came about last minute. Anna acted as our friend all throughout, we always knew she had our best interest at hart. She made the sale process look short, effective and profitable for us: our place was barely on the market and we started to have excellent offers. Anna continued to assist us in every possible way all through the closing. We highly recommend Anna to anyone interested to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna Shulkina is without peer. I interviewed a bevy of people before signing with her. The sale was quick and efficiently executed. She referred us to a fine attourney, Mr. Frederick Cammerzell, III, to handle the closing. Dr. Shulkina represents the highest (national) standard of RE agent and I would not hesitate to request her help in the future. Her team made the sale the least stressful it could possibly be.

ZillowVERIFIED We called Anna on a Sunday night, very anxious about selling our house quickly because our offer on a house we were purchasing was accepted. Anna showed up at our house a few minutes later because she sensed the anxiety in our voices. In no time Anna took pictures, provided staging ideas, established a competitive price, listed the property and set up an open house that garnered tremendous interest. Most importantly, Anna had buyers in mind the moment we met her. In less than two weeks, we had multiple offers. Anna not only delivered spectacularly on all her promises but she provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. We also had access to a team of her professional assistants who were outstanding and very accessible to answer questions. Anna is truly more than a real estate agent. We trust her judgment, value her insights and now regard her as a friend and trusted advisor. We have bought and sold over 8 properties and this has by far been the most rewarding experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Anna as a broker and would definitely be using her for any future transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Never let this realtor represent both the buyer and the seller, as she did with my property. She provided no help when we encountered difficulties with the Certificate of Occupancy and she told us that her responsibility was only to market the property. The closing of the property was delayed by one month and she never contacted us during that time.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first met with Anna, we were very impressed with her knowledge of the local market as well as her professionalism as a Realtor. She recommended that we put our house on the market over 17% higher than the most recently sold like property. The property sold in 24 hrs, and closed 45 days later. Throughout the process, Anna assisted both Buyer and Seller through the various stages. Anna truly lived up to her reputation, and certainly is why she is one of the top Realtor producers in NJ.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Anna Shulkina in November last year, through one of our sons, who recommended her very highly to us. At the time, we were beginning to consider a move from our Princeton house and had only a vague idea of the property market. Very soon we realized what an extraordinary agent Anna is. She has not only a thorough knowledge of all the properties around the area, but also a special intuition for identifying the temperament and the tastes of her clients. She understands exactly they want and what kind of residence will make them happy. We visited many properties, all of them very appealing, and close to what we were after, but she wanted to find the perfect house for us - and she did. All the arrangements for the purchase were made in the most orderly and effective way, and we are now delighted in our new home.Anna is highly professional, kind, and very efficient. Although she has lots of ideas and makes suggestions about the convenience of some places, she never insists. We became very fond of her and recommend her in the highest possible terms.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was great to work with. The property we viewed didn't work out but I would use her again when needed. The listing agent seemed to think he had to walk each room with Anna and myself, she was very good at getting him to move in another direction while I could walk thru the home and view things myself. The property we looked at was overpriced for the amount of work to update, and the listing agent was not moving anywhere on the price. It was a lovely home just needed updating, listing agent has it as "tear down". I will use Anna again when I find something else.

I may have initially contacted you randomly, but next time I need a realtor, I will leave nothing to chance -- Anna Shulkina will be the realtor we call without a doubt! Best wishes, Debra
