ZillowVERIFIED The following quote the agent made about herself is totally opposite of what I experienced. There was money that was due to me and I never received it, there was no follow up, had to go to the broker, when escrow closed I was quite surprised to see that several thousand dollars more was added due to the inefficiency of communication regarding closing costs. She may have the experience but trusting her and attitude are not one of her characteristics."The most important characteristics of a good Realtor are honesty, trustfulness, experience, and attitude. ZillowVERIFIED Anna was in and out of town on vacations throughout my entire home buying process. When I first inquired about the house having found it on my own she was unable to show it to me. It was shown by another listing agent. Anna hadn't seen the home I was purchasing with her as my realtor until the day before closing, spending only a few minutes before rushing out the door. She also was unable to show up to the closing of the home. The other agent who showed me the home was more helpful than my realtor(Anna), whom she unfortunately had to split commission on the sale with.
