I never realized how much the Real estate agent has to go through. Now I understand why so much commission is charged, the time and effort that occasionally happens (actually because of a death in the family covid delayed the sale) it was definitely earned.

First Anna prepared a Market Analysis which showed similar home models recently sold and their asking price and final selling price. Also a list of similar homes currently for sale and their asking price, This was a big help in establishing my listing price. After the house inspection there was a few items which required capable people for the type of repair. I live about 50 miles from the house I was selling and did not know the people in the area that I could contact. Anna knew the people to get and she contacted them. Anna met the repair person if needed ad followed up on their repair. This was a great help to me, and saved me from several 100 mile trips.
