I have been an active member of the Contoocook Valley Board of Realtors since 1989, serving as president, twice as the board vice president and on various committees over the years. In 2010 I was named the Contoocook Valley Board's Realtor of the Year.
Exemplifying my training and experience is my designation as a Certified Residential Broker (CRB). ZillowVERIFIEDI lost my husband and was needing to sett my property. I tried a couple of other real estate firms before finding Anna but to no avail. This past winter I was introduced to Anna by a mutual friend. She came to visit me and my home and made a number of recommendations to me. She was by her father, the former owner of her company, that "a home well listed is a home half sold" and indeed that is her approach. She asked me to paint a room, put new carpet in that room and for my permission to stage the furniture for the best possible view on the buyers eye. I had previously moved out of my home but left enough furniture to be tastefully arranged. She then hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the property. They were beautiful and truly showed the many gorgeous features of my home and gardens of which there are many. She explained that we needed to put the property on the market by late Feb. as the height of the buying season was in March/April much sooner than I had previously thought.My house when it went on the market with Anna and HKS was in tip top selling condition with pictures that were sensational. Within days she had many showings and the property was under deposit within two weeks to a lovely family who truly appreciates the property. We negotiated a delayed sale due to their children's school schedule. The buyers wee happy to get into my home on their desired timeframe and I was delighted to have the property go to a family I could picture would be happy in a place where I have loving memories.

We found Anna, by requesting some info on one of her listings. We met with Anna and spent one entire Saturday in March looking at 18 homes. She was a trooper! Prior to working with Anna we had chatted with numerous real estate agents in the surrounding areas. No one had the knowledge or experience we desired. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and we knew what we wanted in a Realtor. Anna had it all. We did not find the house of our dreams that day, but Anna stuck in there with us. A few months later we found our dream house online, flew out, looked at it one weekend and made an offer. The rest of the sales process was all done remote. We could not have asked for a better expert to start and complete this sales process with. She had the contacts we needed for inspection, septic, and house cleaning. ZillowVERIFIEDI could not have had a realtor that was more assiduous, hard-working , practical, & knowledgable . She. "Busted her butt" to get the house sold. I recommend her to everybody! Anna advised us to get the septic system inspected when we put house on the market with her. It ended up needing 13k worth of work and took 3 months. Chances are if this had happened at the time of sale, the sale would have fallen through. We used another realtor before Anna and over that 8 month period had only 1 showing. When Anna took over, she tailored the advertisements to the market, put frequent adds in newspapers (which our previous realtor had refused to do). We often had weekly showings even through the winter. She followed up with other realtors and potential buyers. She was invaluable in helping us stage the house and had an encyclopediac knowledge of local contractors.

My father-in-law passed away in January and my husband and I were left with a lot of stuff to figure out. Anna found us some one to clean out the house, she helped us figure out what needed to be done to make the house sellable. Then we put it in her hands and she worked hard to get the house sold . She made the whole process so much easier. Her straightforward approach to the situation and her extreme kindness made an extremely difficult time flow so nicely.
