When I called Anna in November about selling our home she was pleasant, friendly, and confident that she could help us. She and her assistant, Lori Venable came to our home several months before it was ready for market. She looked over the house and listened to our plans for improvements. Anna was positive and encouraging as she reviewed the improvements and made suggestions. We discussed her experience and qualifications in that first visit and we knew she was the one for us. She helped us weigh the idea of placing the house on the market prior to the the holidays. A couple of days later, I called Anna and told her we were going to wait until after we enjoyed our Christmas holiday to complete the house and sell. She affirmed out decision and waited patiently on us. On her second visit she was pleased with the improvements and told us to start looking for a new house as she was sure our house would sell fast. We found a house in a week or two. We put our house on the market on a Thursday and had open house on Saturday and Sunday with a flood of interested parties. We had several offers and had a signed contract in our hands on Monday. Anna walked with us through the process the whole time. Because of her help, the inspection and closing went very smoothly. Anna is a very friendly professional. She is wise, experienced, and knowledgeable of current communities and markets. She helped us make good decisions without being pushy. We are very honored to give her this 5-star review to a such a deserving professional realtor and her team.

From the very beginning to the end of the process Anna was always there for us. She was professional, competent, thorough, and available always.
