She has gone above and beyond the requirements of a real estate agent. Her attention to detail is incredible (ie: when it came to fixes that had to be taken care of before taking possession of our property), she noticed things I would never have seen and communicated all to the owner to get repaired. Her effective way of communicating didnt go unnoticed when Anna also had to liaise with the owner to get certain documents in order that we were not familiar with coming from another country. I highly recommend Anna Rivas for your real estate needs, she has your back and it is apparent that she loves the work she does.
