In this sellers market I was wondering how a realtor would be worth the commission, but Anna was! She was always very quick to respond to questions. She provided excellent strategies for getting the best price in the quickest time. Anna knows the Grand Junction market and all the other players. The photographer she hired took amazing pictures. She provided one cleaning and window washing, which helped us list the house a week earlier. When we hit a few road bumps, Anna steered us through them. ZillowVERIFIED after being with a broker from keller williams that did a terrible job I looked for a new broker and called several brokers who only had message machine but when I found Anna Rickenbach I spoke immediately to Pam Olsen who informed me what anna could do for us...I explained how upset we were with Keller Williams broker and how we were unsure of brokers now and Anna met with us walk thru the property and made suggestions and showed us what was on the mls of our property and what needed to be changed we signed with her on March 11th 2020 and were under contract a day later. Today is April 27 and we closed at title company. Anna has a team of associates who handle marketing and they take professional pictures all included. Anna was always in contact with answers to questions and recommendations. I give Anna an A+ for going the extra mile and doing it so quickly

Both of us live out of town, my brother in California and I live in Virginia. Our parents lived in a beautiful home in the Redlands of Grand Junction for 20 years. Sadly they both spent the last 5 years of their life in a nursing home while their house sat empty most of that time. Anna was so positive and encouraging right from the beginning. She took extra steps to help us sell our family home. She took care of so many loose ends, the yard work to removing a safe in the garage. ZillowVERIFIED The first day we drove in from Denver after having flown in from Green Bay Wisconsin, Anna already had several listings for us to check out. It was a non-stop tour of possibilities! Not every house met our needs, but Anna was patient and guided us through each and every listing we checked out. Day two of looking not only gave us one, but several possibilities that we could see ourselves living in. We found Anna to be not only helpful, but personable and caring. She wanted us to find our forever home in Grand Junction and reminded us that if a house was not to our liking even if we just stepped foot in the door, that there was no problem just walking out. She made the process fun as well. Even after we found the home we wanted, she took us back to see it at the drop of a hat to be sure it met our needs.
