Anna Marie did an excellent job of working to get my house sold under a time crunch. I had previously listed my house for sale by owner and had it listed for about a month. Once I contracted with Anna Marie, she had my house sold within 2 months and jumped through all the hoops to get us to closing with very minimal need from me. Anna did it all on the back butner taking away any stress off of my back but kept me well in the loop with how things were going along the way. Highly recommend!! She knows her stuff.

Anna Marie helped me make a very difficult sale that two other realtors were unable or unwilling to get to the bottom of. I had struggled in the dark for a year and a half. When I signed with her she had a buyer within a month. When the buyers bank financing fell through because of the tenuous nature of the property she held on and facilitated the sale through private financing, maintaining complete honesty with us both. She was even able to sell at the price I had bought it for which wasnt a certainty by any stretch. I'm totally grateful. Thanks Anna!
