ZillowVERIFIED Anna took our condo listing in November 2021 and we just closed this week and both my wife and I couldn?t be happier! Anna priced the unit just right and gave us feedback on what needed to be done repair-wise to get the sale over the finish line. Thank you Anna for your dedication!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is a thoughtful, diligent realtoraEUR"and an even better person! I listed two houses with Anna and she priced and marketed them well and followed through on each offer. She is knowledgeable and will provide her opinion when asked, but she is not the least bit arrogant and never pushy. She always communicated promptly and thoroughlyaEUR"even with difficult perspective buyers. She is so genuine and her wonderful personality shines through her work. I consider myself lucky to have met her and hope to maintain a friendship with her into the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Anna. As soon as I listed with her, I began getting views and offers. She calmly told me to be patient and that I'd get the price I wanted, and sure enough I did. When I wavered about selling my beloved house, she never got annoyed, she was always understanding and displayed real class and empathy. Every question or concern was immediately addressed, I never had to wait for her reply. This doesn't require any debate, list your property with Anna and you'll be glad you did. Thanks Anna!

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a great experience with Anna as we tried to find a home in what is currently one of the toughest times with a "seller's market" and a pandemic! During the months we worked together she was always consistent with her prompt responses, her ability to negotiate, and knowledge of the market. She's someone we quickly learned to fully trust and guided us in a complex closing with the owners agent and lawyer. Thank you, Anna!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is a friendly and kind person. Makes you feel comfortable. Explain things in detail and took her time showing you the houses and didnt make you feel rush. She was always available when needed and answered any questions that you may have. Since that first call she made me already feel comfortable And I felt like I knew her for years. I described exactly what I was looking for and we got my dream house. Until this day we keep in touch. It was a pleasure working with Anna and I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer in the US, Anna proved to be extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and was always on hand to answer all my questions/queries. Anna has excellent local knowledge, as well as many useful contacts in the area.... attorney, property Inspector, etc who all operated at a similar level. If I move in the future I will use Anna again and definitely recommend to others...

ZillowVERIFIED First time buyer, didnt know anything about the process or want thing. Anna made it very easy. Took everything into her hands and spoke to whomever needed to be and directed me towards finding an attorney that was willing to do the same when it came to the legal issues. Would definitely recommend even if not a first time buyer to make your experience easier on yourself.

ZillowVERIFIED As a buyer, it was such a pleasure to deal with Anna Mantovi recently that I have asked her to be my listing agent on another one of my properties (which was listed with Holly when I bought it ten years ago). Holly Real Estate was a pleasure to deal with then, and with Anna on board now, an unbeatable team; I highly recommend both.
