I am Anna Hunt, a Broker-in-Charge with Brindley Beach Vacations and Sales in Kitty Hawk. I have been assisting buyers and sellers on the Outer Banks for over a decade. I understand that a home purchase whether it is a primary residence, second home or vacation rental investment, is a major life event and the largest financial investment you will ever make. I am here to guide you through all the aspects of the process and make it as smooth as possible. How do I do it? I negotiate the deal, I work hard to solve issues and I follow through on lenders, inspectors, surveyors, insurance agents, attorneys and contractors. I am responsive, professional and patient and most importantly, I do it all with your best interest in mind.
