She basically wanted us to look for houses ourself and never helped us find any and when we found ones we liked and wanted to see she would set it up and then would meet us there let us in and then she would basically play on her phone until we were done looking at the house and then she would be like do you want it on not? And when we thought we found the house she just sent us papers over email without even explaining anything to us about what we were signing and we were first time home buys without a clue what we were doing. The whole processes was so stressful and confusing. I will say she was nice but for us she was very unprofessional.
