For this last home, I am beyond grateful for both David Purvis and Anna Purvis! I was out of state when I needed to sell my home on an extremely tight deadline. Not only did they negotiate a price well beyond what I thought we could get, but they did so while navigating a rental companys policies and tenant in the process of moving out. They handled necessary repairs with INSANE speed, coordinated all those repairs by themselves, and secured low prices for great work. They made the process painless and truly helped me through all the bumps, including quickly and painlessly helping us fix an improperly filed deed after my divorce from years ago. Their legal expertise was unparalleled and made this unexpected barrier to selling disappear within days. Review Anna was amazing when we sold our property. She was very involved in our home even though David was our primary realtor. Their team dynamic was awesome. Anna ensured that we were always informed, explained everything to us to make things easier. And brought her veteran expertise to the home selling process. Even when the market was not in our favor She used some outside the box thinking to find other ways to get clients into our home. We sold in the winter time and during some market turmoil and other resilience pushed through. Even though it took some time to sell our home, due to how the market was at the time, we still cut at least 90 days off of the average sell time for houses comparable to ours. 100/100 times i would recommend Anna and her team to a seller. We bought a house during Covid and we were very picky. She is a great negotiator! We hired Anna again to sell the house and she had the house sold within a month if not sooner. We also recommended her to our friend/neighbor who was having difficulties selling her house after they had to move due to the military. Anna sold her house at a great price and it again was within a month of hiring her. I can not say enough good things about Anna. Please hire her, you will not be dissapointed. We were so picky we told her she could leave us but she didn't give up on us. Anna is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She really is the best!

Review What can I say.. After years of working on our credit and VA to get where we want to be, we were finally able to purchase our first home! Anna was recommended to us through the VA home loan program in May 2024. She studied us to see what our likes and dislikes were during the first few houses we went to, even if we didn't mention it. In June we made our first offer on a house in Kyle. (Yes, she traveled all the way to Kyle TX with us!) The sellers of that house decided to change up their end of the deal, and we carried on our way. She took us to houses she knew we would love or that would have what we were interested in, and we ended up getting into a bidding war, but didn't go through because they decided to go with a non VA loan. After feeling defeated after that, we thought we were going to take a break. Anna hit us up with a new built home in the neighborhood we first originally wanted to live in like 2 years ago. We jumped on it asap. We paid our earnest money, and everything was good to go until construction was complete and closing was set. Throughout the whole process, Anna has been by our side, regular check ins, our voice of concern, reasonable, very attention to detail, and I mean very! Lol. She adored our kids just as much as we adored her. She celebrates with you, she is very very honest. She is also quick on her feet if given the chance. She celebrates with you, almost as if she is a family member. We have been honored to put our first time buying trust into her hands and to even now have a life long friend. If you are new to this and not sure where to turn or where to start....
