ZillowVERIFIED Anna has served our family well. Three generations. My son, my mom and now my husband and I. We recently decided to move from Dubuque to Apollo Beach, Florida. Anna was our first call. She guided us through how to get our home ready and things we needed to do.We listed and sold the house immediately and because of Annas persistence with getting all documents in line from buyers we found out that there financing fell through. Anna went into high gear and listed the house again. She went back through the other offers and negotiated a great second offer for us.She was very patient with us and explained everything as it was happening. I would highly highly recommend Anna as a realtor. She works very hard for her clients and gets things done. She looks out for the best interest of her clients. Unfortunately my dad passed last July and we put everything on hold until mom was ready to mice this summer. She has been amazing. Supporting to my mom, caring, and compassionate. ZillowVERIFIED Anna was amazing from start to finish. She was patient with us as first time home buyers, and really listened to our wants and needs. We wanted to live downtown in a historic house. She went above and beyond helping us locate properties that met those requirements. When we found the perfect house she was quick to get our offer in and secure the deal. Everything was signed shortly before an open house, which is when the seller received several other offers. Without her expertise and quick response I am certain we would have gotten into a bidding war and maybe lost the house. We had a unique and very challenging closing. The seller decided at the last minute that she no longer wanted to sell. A very experienced broker in town called it the most challenging closing of her career. Anna was calm and collected throughout the entire ordeal. She even stopped by the sellers house the night before to make sure she was planning to attend the closing.
