ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Finkenbinder helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Although it was not her listing, she treated us with the upmost importance. Anna worked diligently to keep the lenders, appraisers, inspectors, and even the sellers on track. She was incredible to work with, and made our first purchase an enjoyable experience. We look forward to doing business with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a single active duty military member. I wanted to buy a home in the area to settle. I wanted something that was nice and newer, clean and safe as I would be living alone, but still financially reasonable. I had one day that I could fly to town to look. I had spoken to several realtors who were not very responsive and didn't seem to understand my situation of not being physical present locally due to military obligations. I called Anna after I read some reviews about her. Anna was very responsive and spent time listening to what I needed. She immediately went to work. She narrowed down a list of homes that were exactly what I was looking for and met my financial goals now and in the future. She had the inside scoop on what homes were coming on the market soon and builders who had lots closing in my prices range that hadn't hit the market yet. She was very knowledgeable about Grayson County and able to guide my buying experience. The day I flew in, Anna met me and my dog to come look at the homes. She had mapped out the best route between the properties. After running around the county all day, I ended up making an offer on a new build that was not even listed on the market yet on a Friday. She assisted me in negotiating all the details with the builder over the weekend and we hade a final contract by Monday. Shortly after, my military bank had approved the offer, but last minute didn't want to fund the property due to investor guidelines and my exit from the military. She immediately gave me personal contacts of local bankers near the home and within the same day, one of the banks picked up my contact. She dealt with all the details locally for me while I was away and also helped me connect with specialty contractors in the area for projects I wanted to add. She was so professional, patient, wise, and guided me from afar throughout the ups and downs of the process. Anna was very trust worthy and put my mind at ease. We closed on the home last week and I am so excited! I plan to buy land and build at some point in the future and will be working with her again when that day comes. I would highly recommend working with Anna as her knowledge, wisdom, and guidance will save you lots of time, headache, and money in the buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna helped us find rare, vintage houses to choose from. We appreciated her input and knowledge about the process. She was the first realtor to answer my email questions and she was helpful in getting information about the specific house I wanted. She also provided recommendations for local businesses we could work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We are in the process of listing our home and entering into contract to purchase our new home. Anna was extremely helpful and very responsive to our requests for information, and when she found a property she thought would be a good fit, she was right and we were able to pounce on it. Anna had no problem taking us on as clients even though we had very specific wants and price ranges. Negotiation between all parties so far has been great and there have been no road blocks. Highly suggest Anna!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna has been the most responsive realtor that we have ever known and we have dealt with quite a few: NY, KY, KS, OK, NE, AR, MO & TX. She readily communicates with all parties, as well as is extremely efficient and thorough with paperwork. Anyone who happens to have her as their real estate agent is very fortunate. She makes a complex situation as pain free as possible, which is extremely admirable and appreciated for the time saving aspects, as well as simply getting the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is a amazing realtor! She listed our place and had multiple showings within no time at all! She had a contract within 4 months and for 80 acres we thought that was amazing in the economy we had! Anna also helped us purchase our new 250 acre dream ranch and we closed on it the same day we closed on our selling property! A+ from us Anna Finkenbinder!

ZillowVERIFIED Great to deal with - recommend highly. Anna asked for what types of homes i was looking for, the square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, the area and the price range I was looking for and kept the information up to date so that I got the MLS on all the houses available. Also if one caught her attention that she thought I might like she would send it individually as well.

ZillowVERIFIED As real estate investors, we have worked with many realtors - and Anna is one of the best. She's very responsive, provides us with as much detail and background as possible, and really works to negotiate the best deal for us. She demonstrated great judgement with a "problem" seller that didn't want to fix a badly damaged roof prior to the sale - Anna closely with the other realtor involved to close the deal to everyone's satisfaction. I'd highly recommend her as both a seller's or buyer's representative.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna has proven to be very professional and knowledgeable. As a new home buyer she has been quite patient in giving guidance. Most showings have happened the same day as the initial request. Negotiation has been limited at this time as the ideal home has not presented itself yet.

ZillowVERIFIED I've been working with Anna and she has been incredibly helpful to me throughout my home buying process. The one thing I appreciate is her not only listening to what I want in a home, but also my concerns. It has built my trust in her and made my home-buying experience less overwhelming. I found my wonderful home, but it was her help, guidance, and hard work that enabled me to buy it without any problems or delays. She truly cares about her clients and is committed to them throughout and even after the closing. I wholeheartedly recommend Anna without reservation.
