After my 6 month listing with another agent expired, I was in a dilemma - I had less than 30 days to get the property under contract or I would need to ask my lender for another extension. Lucky for me, I picked up the call from Anna shortly after the listing expired. Using data, she explained why she thought my property hadn't sold and the strategy she would use to get it sold. I was honest and told Anna that I only had 27 days to get the property under contract or I would have to go to plan B (or C). Anna took the challenge straight on! Within, what seemed like hours, (it was fast), Anna had my property back on the market and looking better than ever. Her strategy worked. She delivered. I was under contract in about 2 weeks! Anna's professionalism was top-tier and her communication was wonderful. I would highly recommend Anna and will work with her again in the future!

Anna is a gem. She is a professional in every way. Anna Edwards did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo. We have bought and sold several homes over the past 25 years and I can honestly say Anna is the BEST!! She is super professional and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns. She knows the area very well and was able to help us choose an amazing new construction and negotiate a great price. We are from out of town so we were really concerned about continued building delays. But Anna relieved us of all our worries and really handled everything for us from keeping on top of the builder to getting us an excellent inspector and walking the condo several times for us. She did video calls with us to show progress and sent us several updates with photos and videos. She was on vacation in Germany during the holidays yet she made sure to make it a point that everything was coordinated by her personally and we had a smooth closing. Even after closing she continues to address all our small concerns. For example when we found that one of the kitchen cabinets didnt have any hardware to put the shelves in she reached out to the cabinet company and made sure to get us the right hardware free of cost. She goes above and beyond and makes sure her clients feel they are taken care of. We will absolutely continue to work with Anna for all our housing needs in this coastal area.
