ZillowVERIFIEDAnna did a great job of introducing us to the Tampa-St. Petersburg beach communities. We wanted a condo on the beach and she found a perfect one for us. We flew down to look at a specific condo and it did not meet our needs. Based on our reactions, she was able to steer us to condo communities that were a better match. We saw a few units and when we walked in to our condo we knew this was our choice. She helped us negotiate and get a great price. She helped with settlement, inspection, and maintenance issues. We highly recommend Anna.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna helped us purchase a home in Dunedin, FL. We did not know anyone in the area. We first contacted another realtor who was not very responsive. We called Anna and she answered all our questions and got to work for us right away! She is very professional and helped us throughout the entire purchase. We love our new home, and our new friend!

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is a very hard-working agent - I would even say workaholic as she responded to my calls past work hours but thats awesome. We did not need a long time to understand the purchase process; she quickly answered all our questions that came up effectively using her research tools. She showed us whats on the market and made everything simple and easy for us so that we can find what we liked. I strongly recommend her for everyone who is looking for a house for the first time.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was the first Realtor I?ve met who didnt just try to quickly sell me something and get a commission but took the time to fully understand my needs. We are still looking and making good progress. I love working with her and I believe Ill find what Im looking for soon. When she says she knows the Tampa Bay area she doesnt exaggerate. She was always honest and expressing her professional opinion about the homes we?ve looking at, even if it wasnt positive but something I needed to know - and that aspect makes Anna in my opinion a phenomenal Realtor. If youre looking for a Realtor who will give you a true outlook on the market shes totally the best choice.

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I are very happy with the house that Anna found for us. After I looked at over 30 houses with another agent and none of them even came close to what I was looking for - I decided to change something and contacted Anna. She spend a while talking to us and trying to understand what features are the most important for us. Within two weeks she found the home of our dreams. It was awesome, I definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first started the process of looking for a beach condo everything was so confusing to me as I was doing this for the first time. Anna explained the whole process to me and showed me whats on the market as well as valuable information such as comparables etc. Right on our first appointment started to understand it all a lot better. Her expertise and fast reaction and communication helped me address my confusions. She?s also very pleasant to deal with.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna showed us quite a lot of homes all over the Pinellas County. She carefully listened and quickly understood what we were looking for. She did not waste our time and only showed us those homes that completely matched our criteria. Unfortunately we had to go back to New York due to a family circumstance but we are coming back after New Years and looking forward to continuing our search with Anna. We definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to save time and money. And as a professional I feel that she really knows the market and I thank her for spending time with us.

ZillowVERIFIED I really value how well informed Anna is in the real estate market. That really helps me in my search. She is very kind and actually took care of us. My wife and I were looking for a house in Palm Harbor for some time with Anna as a representative. Meanwhile we were selling our own house up north to be able to buy in Florida. We are closing in a week and coming back to Florida to continue our search. We are very excited to keep working with Anna.

We had pleasure working with her. She is very patient and precise, and exudes confidence and knowledge of her field. Also she really wants to help. ZillowVERIFIED We really liked working with Anna as our agent. She was well informed about everything that was necessary, and was always ready to answer any questions which we had and kept us updated on what was going on throughout the entire process of buying. She was calm and helped us in such a way that we didnt feel the stress, but unfortunately at the last moment the bank refused to give us a loan because of our active student loan, which was totally unjust but wasnt anything connected with our agent. So we had to cancel and we have to wait a few months, but we wanted to recommend Anna anyways because her part of the deal was done expertly.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to move to Clearwater and buy a condo - my friend recommended that I speak to Anna. I wanted to live in the center so that I can enjoy the action of the city and the nightlife as well. Anna did a great job in finding a place for me in a newer condo building for almost half of its actual worth, and now I live right in downtown like I wanted and spent a lot less than I was planning! Thank you so much! I recommend Anna to all my friends and family and all who needs an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is extremely smart and good with numbers. Last year, when we first met, she fully understood what we want, and took us on even though what we wanted practically didnt exist out there. And now a few months later we found exactly what we were looking for because we worked as a team. She really understood the market and could help us. We bought the awesomest house in the world :) ... and it wouldnt have happened if we didnt have her, so I strongly recommend Anna.

ZillowVERIFIED We were going to move to Florida and sell our house in Texas, and called Anna for her help in finding us a new home. When our house was under contract we came to Fl to look at some potential options. Anna patiently spent time with us and showed us her best options, and in a short amount of time we managed to see each house we wanted - over 15 homes in just a couple of days. There was one that we really liked and was a real steal, we fell in love with it and asked Anna to keep an eye on that one for when our house finally sells. Unfortunately our house didnt end up selling and we decided to try again in a few months, but Anna will definitely be the agent we will be working with.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to buy my own house last year I contacted Anna. She called me within literally 6 mins of me sending the email. She was very patient with me throughout the whole process, and when after a month we were up to the point of closing the contract - she literally saved the deal, and competently helped me with all the procedures. The contract was complicated as I was getting a government loan, and Im sure thta without Annas help I would not be living in this awesome house right now. ZillowVERIFIED Anna is a real expert. Selling and buying a property was a difficult process for us, full of unknowns. Anna is an expert in real estate, while others I cannot truly say are. Despite her success and the many other people she is helping - she made us feel like she is focused only on us. She was really caring and looking for our best interest. She easily establishes communication with her clients and its impossible not to become friends. She has earned our trust and respect by respecting us. For that I am really greatful to her, and glad I had the opportunity to work with her. I will recommend her to any person who wants to buy or sell their property.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Anna through her website and asked for her help to find me a beach property that was affordable. We worked together for a few weeks, looking at different properties and it was so hard to decide, but I was really impressed with Annas knowledge of the market and how she guided me away from the pitfalls until we found the perfect one. She then helped me to get it financed smoothly. At closing - I received a nice gift card along with the keys - which was a perfect way to end the transaction. I will definitely refer to her.

ZillowVERIFIED I heard that the best way to find a realtor is through friends and family, maybe it is true. But my friends could not recommend anyone. So I googled various realtors in my area. I found Anna so I started looking for information about her on other websites. Found a positive recommendation and decided to call her. During the conversation Anna made an impression of a very skilled professional. I have prepared answers to her questions about my preferences (something like my wish list) and called back again. Then we met and discussed the details of the process, and that same day Anna provided me with three options, each of them seemed great to me! But when we went to see them - there was one that really made me fall in love with it. The whole process of purchase was smooth, and I want to give her a special thank you for that. I hope it helps people who are in search of agent now. And if I decide to sell my place in the future, I will be sure to contact her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Anna about a year ago when we wanted to buy a 1 bed place in St Pete area. We found her to be a great agent as well as a warm and awesome individual. We stayed in communication for almost a year and then we decided its time to buy. Then my wife and I were having a hard time deciding between a few options, tried to stay a few days in each - in order to make a wise decision. We asked Anna to help and she knew exactly what we needed. Despite the fact that my wife and I had totally different taste - she found something that we both really liked and finally bought. I have sent several friends to Anna, each of them was very satisfied with her service.

It was my first time buying such a large piece of property and there were a few things I omitted but Anna made sure to bring them to my attention so that everything gets done. In the process of negotiation I thought I was going to give up but she persisted and got our offer accepted. It was almost a year ago and now Im enjoying the calmness of my own home. ZillowVERIFIED When I was faced with the question of moving to Florida, I searched the entire net for an agency which could be relied upon. But most of the companies did not even answer my call. Anna replied right away and took a few minutes to actually listen to everything I had to say about what I was looking for. I had so many criteria that I thought I will never find the property that will suit. Anna instructed me in the ins and outs of the market and we worked out which criteria is important and which is not really. After that she showed me something which really was what I was looking for! It went pretty easy from that point. Im glad she was patient enough to go through the process with me.

ZillowVERIFIED We had been working with a certain realtor for some time prior to finding Great Homes Realty. We really wanted to take our time looking for a home. We felt like our former realtor was pressuring us to make a decision quicker than we wanted. When we changed to Great Homes Realty, we were able to search on line, drive around neighborhoods, and visit open houses with our agent at our own pace. When we wanted to see homes, we just called Anna, she would immediately open up the property. We actually ended up buying a bank foreclosure. It was great to have Annas expertise to guide us through the process and still get a credit at closing.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking at new construction homes in mid Florida and was not sure if I wanted to use a Realtor or just deal directly with the builders. I ended up going with Anna because she convinced that it could save me thousands in the negotiation process. After witnessing all the back and forth on price and the builder upgrades, I know there was no way I would have gotten the package she negotiated on my own. Anna was able to use a ton of MLS data as leverage in the negotiation process so that I got the best price and most of the upgrades I wanted.
