She was professional, and very empathetic to what I was going through. She helped me with the immense stress of selling a home, which I really knew nothing about. From tips of what to do around the house to get it to sell to her honest opinion on offers and what was best for me to take. Not only was she knowledgeable about every question I asked but she even helped with things outside of selling my mothers home to help me get through the process of taking care of my mothers estate. ZillowVERIFIED My first house I did not use a realtor, but for this house I did. Ann was a delight to work with. She kept me up to date daily either by text, email, or phone call. We had everything ready for our closing a week before hand until my lenders appraisal found a little hick-up. Ann researched the problem and worked with my lender and closure company to help resolve the issue. She still spoke with me everyday because she felt my frustration and kept me informed. By doing that for me, she kept me calm and focused. I definitely wills use Ann again if I would need a realtor. She was always willing to work around our schedule, since I work night shift and my boyfriend works during the day, there were limited times we had for viewings of homes. She goes to bat for you, any question we had she addressed and researched it to get us the answers we needed. I'm so glad we had her for our first home buying experience!
