ZillowVERIFIEDAnna is such a knowledgeable, experienced, & helpful realtor!! We could not have done ANY of this without her. She helped make the process go smoothly, kept us informed every step of the way, and went above & beyond for us. We had an FHA loan that needed to pass certain safety inspections, Anna went in & made sure all of those things were takin care of for us. She also made sure our offer was competitive with others on the house, but also fair to us at the buyers. My family has used her for many transactions, and she has been amazing for every single one. Thank you for all you do, Anna!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Anna was a delight and immensely helped my wife and I through the process of buying our first house. Her flexibility in working with us around our busy schedule helped make the house hunting process much more feasible and we manage to visit all of the houses we were interested in throughout the process. The insights she provided while we visited each house helped us ultimately identify which houses would be a good fit for us and helped us negotiate a great deal on our house in this currently competitive housing market. If you work with Anna you will not only be working with someone who will help you find your dream home, but can also connect you with the right people to help you get the best deal possible throughout the whole process. Anytime we ever need to buy or sell a house moving forward, she will definitely be who we will be working with.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna makes dreams come true! Seven years ago I was lucky enough to get referred to her when I was considering buying a house. My financial position wasn't the best at the time, but Anna has connections. She put me in touch with the right people to get financed, and she found me a wonderful little house that I could afford. I paid it off in January and was looking to buy a larger house to live in with my fiance. I knew I wouldn't want to use anyone but Anna. Anna showed us so many houses, and helped us pick the right one. More importantly, she found and pointed out problems with several of the houses I thought I liked. Her trained eye and years of experience were invaluable to me; she kept me from making several potentially large mistakes. My fiance and I have been living in our new house for a couple of months now and we couldn't be happier. Anna helped me get the lady I love, the house of our dreams. Thank you so much, Anna! I'll be in touch again when we're ready to buy our next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Couldn't ask for a better Realtor.Anna came highly recommended from a friend that she was their Realtor for their first house too. She went above and beyond to get us into the house we wanted in this very fast market where houses were selling in just days after listing.Anna never stoped working for us and answered all the questions we had as a first time buyer. I could not have asked for a better experience. We confided in her years of experience and it all went perfectly smooth. She actually cares about you as the client and is very low pressure. We felt comfortable the whole time.We are very glad we chose Anna as our Realtor and would recommend her to anyone in need of a great above and beyond Realtor. I know you will have a great experience too!

ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing my first house was a daunting process, but Anna made it quiet enjoyable. My wife and I tried not to have a tall order of things we were looking for, but Anna worked hard to try to find everything we wanted. We looked at houses a couple of times a week for about 3 weeks max before we found the house we chose. Anna never pushed us to make a decision. She pointed out flaws in houses and there were a few houses she told us weren't worth it. Not only did we feel like she was trying to find us our great home, but she was always looking out for our best interests. Her continued patience and sense of humor made the search enjoyable when it might have felt laborious. I would suggest strongly suggest Anna to anyone looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna is the hardest working person I have ever met. We were picky and with this being my first time buying a house I had a million and 1 questions. Anna worked day and night getting our house that we wanted. Anna even worked while she was on vacation. You won't find a better realtor ANNA WORKS FOR YOU. And she means it.

ZillowVERIFIED Where most agents wouldn't even give me the time of day due to myself being only 21 and looking to purchase. Anna helped me through the whole process thoroughly explaining everything from getting pre-approved to the day of closing. Through the whole process she kept in touch and kept me informed on what was going on. Also she recommended me to mortgage broker Cody Bellah who got my loan done on time when things didn't go as planned. All in all a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was the most awesome real estate agent I personally, (and I've worked with many!) have ever known. She was always professional, and proactive, really did her "homework", gave us great advice; she knew the areas and property values and trends, what buyers don't always know to watch out/look for, and she served our best interest financially, not just her own. She is an agent with integrity; we were so blessed to find her.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was awesome! A friend recommended her and I'll recommend her to anyone I know who is buying or selling a home. She always got back to me promptly, and didn't mind looking at the same house a few times if I wanted. She found out what I did and didn't want and found tons of houses in and around the area I was looking. She wasn't just selling me a house... she was helping me find a home. And in the end, when I found that perfect home, she helped me make it mine. I truly believe she was happy, not just for me, but with me. You really should start with a good real estate decision and use Anna Ellebracht

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Kansas City with no knowledge of the housing market. Anna was the listing agent on the first property I looked at. It was immediately obvious that she had incredible knowledge of the Kansas City real estate market. But even more importantly, she was working to find me the best house for the money, not just to make a sale and commission. After our first day of looking at homes, I knew she was the agent I wanted to use.

I would never use another Realtor and i recommend her to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was the best possible agent we could have worked with when buying our first home. We had specific needs when looking for a home, but had not narrowed down the exact neighborhood in which we wanted to buy. She was helpful in finding us an area that would be perfect for us, and was wonderful when showing us homes. She knew the major flaws and benefits of each home, and was always willing to give us her opinion when we asked for it. She has a good basic understanding of what "red flags" are in a home. This was great for us because we did not know what to look out for! The thing I appreciated most about Anna was how understanding and available she was. She was easy to reach by email or phone, and reassured me throughout the process. She was knowledgeable in the steps of the home buying process which was very helpful as first time buyers. I will use Anna in the future as she found us a great home that fit our budget and ticked off the boxes on our "wants/needs" list. I highly recommend her as she is a wonderful professional and a kind person.

ZillowVERIFIED Anna was great to work with, she knows her stuff when it comes down to picking a great home. She did not allow us to pick according to looks, but she new the red flags well. As soon as we would walk into a home she would point out its good as well as bad. So you would know up front if you could afford to fix it up, or pass on it. We would see as many homes as I could handle in one day, which showed her attention to your needs. It was all about the client, which made me feel special. Like it really matter if I found the Right Home. I will never lose her number!!
