Ive moved 12 times due to my career and have experienced a lot of agents during buying and selling and Anna is among the very best I have ever worked with! In these times of unstable and inconsistent pricing, having a knowledgeable agent is imperative and Anna definitely brings local knowledge. I switched to her after trying and failing with another local agent when I was finding acceptable houses sold that my agent never spoke to me about and was getting poor advice on ones we did review. Anna was always positive and worked very hard, including late at night and weekends when needed, as the negotiations went on and problems came up. Something Anna leveraged effectively was very strong connections to local contractors and professionals to get thorough inspections done quickly and then provide excellent cost knowledge and guidance on addressing the findings. Anna showed very good judgement on when to play hardball and when to give a little to get the deal closed. On a rating scale from one to five stars, I would give Anna 7 if I could, with extra stars based first on how hard she worked and second, how knowledgeable she is on real estate law, common practices and local market factors that all became important with multiple situations that came up during my home buying process.

She fought for us without being prompted and treated us like best friends she?d know forever. I?m a crazy lady and was constantly texting her for advice, referrals and pictures since we weren?t close. She never hesitated and bent over backwards. She knew our tight timelines and worked so hard for a speedy closing in the most stress free process. I?m honestly still amazed how little I actually did. We have friends who are still struggling with the current bidding wars but Anna truly knows what she is doing and it showed. The wonderful bonus was also having Fred who met with my husband for the inspection and really helped break things down for him and give us great ideas for the future. Anna was very patient with us as we had just moved from Colorado. With the market the way it was, we didnt know if we would find a house any time soon. Anna took us to look at a house and I felt like it was ours. The price had been listed incorrectly. The corrected price was more than we were really comfortable with, but we knew that the worst that could happen was for our offer to be dismissed. We went for it. We trusted Anna and prayed for the Lord to make it clear if this house was to be ours. Low and behold our offer was excepted after a slight increase. The entire way it worked out was of the Lord.
