I just bought a vacation home in OBX using Ann Taylor Lusk as my Realtor. I found her by accident, but I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor! She listened to my wants/needs and was flexible when schedules changed. She found me a great property and helped throughout the entire process. Looking at homes, referring excellent local resources/contractors for inspections, maintenance, and needed repairs/upgrades, and the settlement process.
