She has a strong sense of the market and a broad network of local contractors/businesses for the various needs one may have as they evaluate a home for purchase. We are not local to the area, and she served as our "point person" on the ground and prevented us from having to make mutliple trips to the area during the process, which we really appreciated. Additionally, she was invaluable in the negotiation process, had a good sense of what we should ask for, how we should go about making the request, and the likliehood of the seller being receptive. We would absolutely work with Ann again should we find ourselves in need of a realtor in the OBX area.
