ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Ann and Lisa from day one of my home search. They were incredibly responsive and proactive, making the entire process much smoother. I truly felt like we were a united team in the quest for my new home. Their knowledge and expertise were invaluable, and I would absolutely choose to buy or sell with them again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was fantastic. She is phenomenally knowledgeable about the Hudson Valley area and was a huge help to us in buying our new home. She was responsive at all hours and really smoothed the pre-signing and pre-closing phases of the purchase so that it was seamless for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann Stettner is a dedicated advocate for her clients. She works on multiple fronts from the beginning of the process all the way until the end, tending to (and explaining) every step of the way. Though our home buying process, she was available and open, but serious and a sturdy negotiator when issues would arise--and they always do! Ann helped with conversations with the other broker, with each lawyer, the inspector, contractors, and even gave us information about the different shops and cultural attractions of the areas in which we were looking at homes. It is without hesitation that I recommend Ann Stettner. She is honest, earnest, highly competent and was a pleasure to work with for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Ann helped my boyfriend and I purchase our dream home. In a time where it is incredibly tough to be a buyer, Ann made it easy. Knowing the market's restrictions, I was amazed by our experience. As a former real estate agent I can say with all certainty that it was Ann's professionalism that secured our home. She was smart, helpful, efficient, and even more friendly. Her experience is obvious. She has even been helpful months after the closing. Highly recommend Ann if you are buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was extremely helpful in getting our house. She knew all the local players, had good knowledge of the marketplace, and helped us find an attorney and other local resources. She was always extremely responsive, and worked evenings, weekends and while traveling to respond to emails and update offers in a competitive and fluid situation. We had a lot of questions, and if Ann didn't have the answer, she always tracked down the information.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann Stettner helped me sell my mother's house when she had to move into assisted living. Ann put everything in process immediately and kept my informed throughout. The house sold very quickly and at above asking price, thanks to her skillful negotiation. I could not have asked for an easier and more successful house-selling experience thanks to Ann.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had to enter into an estate sale of our dads house. Despite our being new to this whole process, the crazy COVID times and the very difficult and emotional issues that took place, Ann helped us throughout it all with her sense of humor, grace, knowledge and professionalism of all the moving parts. We highly recommend Ann Stettner and Neil Charles Real Estate. They made a heartbreaking journey easier to navigate.

She assisted us throughout the entire process and we found her not only to be an exceptional sales agent but also a very nice and considerate person to deal with . She worked hard for her client and also was responsive to our needs as buyers . She knew the very active real estate market as well as the Millbrook area . ZillowVERIFIED We had put our home aEURoeFor Sale By OwneraEUR? on Zillow with realtors buyers agents welcome at 2.5%. Surprisingly only one realtor seemed interested and that was Ann Stettner with Neil Charles Real Estate. As we were pressed for time to get into our rental it became time to list with a realtor so the obvious choice was Ann. Very quickly she got us a full price offer which we accepted. She was there throughout the entire process from showing, inspection and closing. Anytime we had any questions she responded immediately. It was a pleasure working with her and we would gladly recommend her. Joe & Lauri Spagnola

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is a crazy process, with countless moving parts. Ann brings a feeling of calm and order, is great at managing expectations, connecting dots, and facilitating intros to the right people who can get the job done quickly and efficiently. she has a great sense of the market dynamics, and is incredibly likable and fun to be around...which goes a really long way in an industry with sharp elbows. We couldnt be happier with the home we got, and the process to get it, and Ann played a critical point role in all of that, cant recommend her enough

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was extremely professional throughout the entire house purchasing process. Our offer wasnt originally accepted ( we were the second offer at the same price, and sellers went with the first person to present the offer) She was persistent and followed up very regularly on how that deal was progress. After months of following up, the deal fell though and Ann was able to secure it for us. I never thought it would happen, but Ann kept us at the top of the sellers mind in case anything didnt work out. In addition, she was always available, very responsive, and highly knowledgeable in many different areas (structures, taxes, vendors, processes etc.) She guided us the entire way and she made us feel like a VIP client. Finally, we really felt like she had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend Ann Stetner.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann has helped make our family's monumental shift from the San Francisco Bay Area to beautiful Litchfield County in Connecticut an almost seamless experience. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result - she found us our dream home at a time of pandemic, wildfires and when inventory was extremely tight. Her professionalism, foresight and attention to every detail from the start of our search through closing was impeccable. She was easily available to competently answer a vast number of questions from acquainting and educating us with the areas to consider in our search all the way through to finding the highest quality contractors for our beautiful home later on. I cannot recommend her services highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Neil Charles Real Estate,LLC and Ann Stettner! Our home was on the market for 6 months with no activity. We re-listed with Neil Charles Real Estate on the day the state shut down due to COVID 19. With so much uncertainty during the pandemic in March we didnt expect success. However, Ann worked through the difficult times and we were surprised and pleased to receive two offers, one at full price. Ann was a true professional and kept us in the loop during the entire process. She managed to sell our house during unprecedented times which is a testament to her ability sell homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was referred to me by another broker who had spent some time working to sell my property. It had been on the market for some time. Ann visited the property; consulted with neighbors to learn about the property; posted attractive photographs online and collected information relevant to the sale of such a property. She patiently showed the property over time; followed up with prospects keeping me in the loop at all times. Her patience and knowledge of the property paid off resulting in a sale. Even through a pandemic, she worked with me, the buyer and their broker to finalize the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I would highly recommend Ann. I have already recommended her to a number of friends in New York looking for property in CT. We first met Ann a year ago when we werent even sure what we wanted. She checked in with us a year later and we wanted to seriously find a weekend property that would take us out of the city and feed our souls. Ann was a great listener and showed us properties from Milford to Kent. We ended up buying a unique and historic property that we just love and not exactly what we thought we were looking for. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Ann.

ZillowVERIFIED Selling our home of 38 years was a difficult decision. Using Ann as our real estate agent was an easy one. She priced our home realistically so we got our price but sold quickly. Anytime our home was shown she was there, which was important. The negotiations were conducted with honesty and professional knowledge. We will use her to purchase our new home. During the whole process Ann was a pleasure and worked tirelessly for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ann to buy a house in the Red Hook area when moving from California. We love our new home, and couldnt have done it without her. As first time home buyers, she was able to patiently hold our hand and guide us through every step. She was a cheerleader whenever we got cold feet, and more than happy to show us other houses for comparison. She made herself available day and night to answer questions and give guidance, and was with us through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED My name is Bruce Joel Rubin. I am an Oscar winning screenwriter for the movie GHOST. My wife and I have moved many times in our lives and have used many relators. I say without qualification that Ann Stettner is the best, warmest and most supportive realtor that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area and extraordinary sense of our needs were a perfect match. It is hard buying a house from 3,000 miles away and yet she made the process both pleasurable and painless. More importantly she also did the same for my son and his family, finding us beautiful homes just fifteen minutes apart. It was a remarkable feat that has changed and enriched our lives. You will be lucky and grateful to use her.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann is not only a true professional but also a genuine friend. When we searched for a summer home, Ann provided us with her local expertise, patience, and insight -- only showing us ones that we liked. When we are closing, Ann helped us with local services for inspections and repairs. After we brought the property, she continued to help us to find a caretaker and contractor for renovation. I have not worked with someone who cares as much as Ann does during the whole process. I highly recommend Ann without any reservations!
