There have been many amazing things happen in several of my transactions and each clients' WHY behind why they are buying and selling is what I love about real estate. But one client always wanted to own a log cabin and he wasn't sure it would ever happen. We had looked at a few and one came on the market in an area he had not considered living - I sent it to him and asked him to meet me there and just give it a chance. It was love at first site for him and he bought the home and his childhood dream came true at the age of 60 years old! This is why I do what I do.
