My husband and I moved from Southern California so we started out with Ann-Riley via online and telecommunication. I was able to fly to Nashville a couple of times over the month(s) and Ann-Riley made herself totally available to me to look at properties. My husband and I started out wanting to move near Nashville but ended up looking at properties much farther away due to acreage and pricing. I highly recommend Ann-Riley. She did an excellent job as my realtor, and particularly once we started looking at houses. My first home fell through at the last minute and the day before the 4th of July, she spent her whole day with me on a Saturday and holiday weekend finding new potential homes. Ann-Riley also did everything she could to help in making my home decision and settling into my home, from looking up local parks when I randomly mentioned I wondered how close it was to parks to checking on utilities and other needs for a home. She really cares about getting you into the right home and is exceptionally supportive through her actions, words and prayers.
