Ann and Crystal with US Southwest did a quick and accurate assessment of our house's value. They produced a very detailed and impressive luxury home division listing that included photography that even people who know our house well were amazed by (as were we). They have a fantastic marketing plan and contacts in and outside of our area that brought a cash buyer within several months of the initial listing for a price that we were very happy with.
