ZillowVERIFIEDAnn is the consummate real estate professional. She is professional, knowledgable, patient and extremely responsive. Ann provided tremendous support to this rookie independent buyer. She worked tirelessly and provided me with great local referrals (lawyer, home inspection, utilities, someone to help with minor remediation etc). Without hesitation, I would recommend her for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED From the first phone call, to the last detail of the Closing, Ann was the very model of a professional and responsive realtor. She knows this market firsthand, worked with us to price aggressively (and successfully), and at all times was immediately available - at all times, at any point in the week - as we navigated the process. She made the process not only successful, but stress-free.

ZillowVERIFIED We originally purchased our townhome from Ann back in 2015. Since our experience with Ann was so positive we decided to once again use her help in selling our current home. Ann is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with through the whole process. She kept us on track every step of the way and was only a phone call away when needed. We couldnt have asked for a more positive outcome in the sale of our home thanks to Ann Nussberger.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann was a wonderful agent. She explained everything step by step & has excellent knowledge of the current market in her area. I needed to return my wifi router, and she offered to do it for me! That saved me a lot of time and is over & above an agent's responsibilities. Due to family health issues, I needed to extend the closing date. Ann understood and worked to make that happen. She listened to my problems and offered advice and help. The entire selling process went smoothly. I highly recommend her for her professional and caring approach to selling your house.

When we first met Ann she was so thoughtful and helpful with our needs. Once her contract was signed, she was not helpful in answering questions or offering insight. Her line would be, "I don't know what you want from me". I became so frustrated with her ineptness that i told my husband, I just want her to do her job. Other than arranging for photos and putting our home on the multiple listing sites. Nothing. Our attorney, told us that they never heard from her which was, in their opinion very unusual. I would never recommend her services, or lack there of.

ZillowVERIFIED I sold my home with Ann Nussberg as my agent. I chose her because she had a great reputation in real estate. I had fantastic experience with Ann. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market, pricing, a great communicator, and was ahead of the process and paperwork. Ann is a proactive highly professional agent with a great network. She built anticipation among buyers for the first day showing of my home and sold it in 2 days for list price. I highly recommend Ann as the very best of the best in the real estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED Ann Nussberger is the most professional, knowledgeable real estate broker we have ever worked with. In June 2016, my husband and I took a ride to Crystal Springs to see if we would be interested in living here when we retired. We told Ann that we weren't ready to purchase anything yet but, she still took the time to take us to see several homes so we could familiarize ourselves with the different communities and floor plans available in Crystal Springs. Ann was extremely helpful and answered all of the questions we had. By the end of the day we knew this is where we wanted to live. Ann stayed in touch with us and continued to show us properties over the next year until we found our forever home which, we closed on two weeks ago. Ann was with us throughout the entire process and continued to stay in touch with us to see where we were in the process of selling our home. We would recommend Ann to anyone interested in purchasing a home in this area. She is not only the best realtor but, also a friend.

Ann made such an impression on us that 2 years later we contacted Her when we were ready to purchase. After looking at everything we found a house and we purchased. ZillowVERIFIED Ann help us to build our custom-build house in 2002. After we moved to the City, she helped us to rent out the house for so many times. All these years, we found her not only a pleasure to work with, but she is very knowledgeable and strives to exceed expectations. She worked with us to navigate through the process, from beginning to end, with a keen eye on the dollars and cents of the transaction. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have known Ann for about 12 years. When we first decided to down size and found the community we wanted, our "new" home was not even built. She called in a builders construction manager who helped answerer all our questions., and we put down a deposit. A couple weeks later the sale of our existing home fell through and we had to cancel our purchase. Until our home sold, Ann kept us appraised of what was going on in our community of choice. The day we had another contract on our current home, Ann had places lined up for us to see. We loved what she had for us, and signed a contract that day. We still live in that same home.
